They were nice on the phone and when delivered the pizza. It was kinda cold and had to get thin crust because they were out of the regular. The toppings were great!!! Dominos barely puts anything on even if your get 5 or 6 toppings. Had 3 toppings which they really put a good amount on the pizza. It also did not have cheese on it. I will try it again give them another chance. For the most part Friendly service and good amount of toppings not 6 to 8 olives like dominos.

I’ve gotta give props, I have ordered several pizzas from the watauga store on rufe snow over the last year.. And every single time its been on point! Solid pizza generous toppings, seems like everyone skimps but this pizza hut very fair! Always ready when I’ve arrive. Also really want to shout out Lily she awesome very good vibes friendly and pleasant! Home run with her. Anyways . lots of people have something negative to say in a review! I’m actually writing this for my 70 year old Mother. Every few months she orders 3 pizzas for pickup. She goes in the store , not the drive thru. The last two times the cashier has actually made rude comments under her breath about how rude it is when people don’t tip. The service was good. I appreciate that a live human being answered the phone on the first ring, and then got my order correct. I gave four stars for the food because I feel like the pizza was small and expensive. But, that is the way everything is these days.

Half an hour late after the message that my pizza was on the way when the place is half a mile from my house. Fifteen minutes on hold to try to find out what happened that it hadn’t been delivered yet. Guy’s response was basically, “yeah we’re busy. It should be there soon since you’re so close.” This was for an order I scheduled before lunch for 6:15 pm. Figure it out people. We have weekly pizza night for a family of 8. You just lost our business. We’re going to Marco’s from now on.

Been getting better quality and integrity at this location over the last 10 years. Still normal type but noticeably better atmosphere then in years past. We stop coming because of consistency and horrible service integrity. Started to use domino’s for years now they have a situation in their own. So we gave pizza hut a shot a few times last few months and they have alot better tasting than time forgotten bonus service has been exceptional and no issues. Today however mistakes made one pizza ordered was wrong I was offered to replace but being dinner etc. Time Sunday life. The manager Michael or Mike was understanding and listening and gave me a solution that ratified both parties. That is what I mean when I say integrity has changed. It’s not blame its just your job not to judge or question but to remedy a concern or give action to a problem resultion to the task at hand and move forward. be noble and notable. I was being nice for giving one star! The worst buffet ever. Never changed the pizza. Same pizza for 40 minutes til me and family just left. Only 3 pizza on buffet with some dry bread sticks and cinna sticks. Poor service had to ask pasta. Dirty plates, I’ll just stop with rant now. Sorry Pizza Hut never again!
