If I could give a ZERO for this location, I would. I haven’t been to this location in several months because of FIRST; customer service. SECOND; the quality of the food. Did I mention customer service? I witnessed a young lady by the name of Monica, who was waiting to pick up her order, get her food tossed on the counter and her name called. Is that top tier customer service? I ordered my food at 1:22pm and my order was supposed to be ready at 1:43pm. By the way, I was on my 30 minute lunch break. My lunch break ended up being 39 minutes. Oh, and my food? Terrible. Sloppy. A waste of money. The proof is in the pictures. Did I mention that they forgot to put cupped pepperoni? So I paid for a topping that I did not receive. And I will NEVER go here again. Thanks, but no thanks.

I had an outstanding experience at the Forest hill 20/820 Pizza Hut, and I feel compelled to share! Despite the terrible weather and icy roads, Anna, the assistant manager, truly made our visit memorable. She was incredibly friendly and maintained such a positive attitude throughout our time there, which really lifted our spirits on a chilly night.
The restaurant was spotless, showcasing their commitment to cleanliness and hygiene, which is always appreciated. Anna went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied with our meal, demonstrating excellent customer service. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and cheerful, even in challenging conditions!

I went to go pick up my pizza, which was really good and made correctly. My only issue is the staff. Yes, they were friendly, but they are not checking their lobby enough. When I got there, everyone was in the back, leaving the lobby and front counter unattended. There was a man sitting in the lobby smoking a cigar, and none of them even knew it. I didn’t say anything right then because I had my kids with me and didn’t want to spark a negative reaction from the man. I decided to call when I got home, and the staff never even picked up the phone. I was waiting for over 20 minutes for someone to answer so I could voice my concern. That’s not okay.

Yall! We came here to eat around noon. To my surprise dining room was open to sit in and eat. The customer service we received was great! We ordered the edge carnivore… the gentleman who made our pizza did it with love. It came out piping hot and delicious! It was so good. Yes, they cut your pizza in squares sometimes they come out in triangles but that’s not really a reason to complain. When we’re in the area again, I’d defiantly come back.

Out of stock, poor service, and quality. You can see the pizza below. Toppings on less than half of some of the slices. No chicken in pasta. Just some sitting on top of the noodles. Wasn’t told until after $50 purchase there were no crushed peppers, salt, pepper or forks. No dipping sauce with wings. 85¢ each. One person came out said the pizza just came out. Then next person said they’d just put it in the oven. No toilet paper in bathroom. Paper towels in the toilet. Then my sister asked for a large drink. The cashier tells her the price and hands her a a medium cup. She reminds her she ordered a large she says that is our large. They only have one size drink so she basically said the cup is whatever size you ask for.. rude cashier, nickel and dime everything. I honestly felt for the inconvenience my sister’s drink should have been free or the dipping sauce for the wings.
