I recently ordered from Pizza Hut, and while the pizza itself was decent, it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The crust was a bit soggy in the middle, and the toppings felt sparse, especially the cheese. The flavor was fine, but nothing extraordinary. The delivery was quick, and the pizza arrived hot, which I appreciated. However, for the price, I expected a little more in terms of quality and consistency. It’s a good option for a quick meal, but I’d probably look for something better next time.

Placed an order by phone (it was correct # verified in store by manager), heard dogs barking in background and asked if he was at the store or a call center worker from home. Said at store. Got to store and no order placed. Called # again and this time it was an Indian accent and I was told that was correct call center. They are getting calls intercepted on this system so NEVER pay over the phone or give more than a fake name or something. I wouldn’t even give phone number unless they can repeat it back to you. Might even use AI to simulate your voice to say and approve who know what. I’m done ordering by phone now that I think about it.

Usually a great stop to get some pizza and on your way. This day in particular I ordered 6 of the pan personal pizzas. When I arrived there were like 6 people already in line and 4 people followed me in. Aparently the usual staff was not there on this day and you could tell. The line wasn’t moving, people were being told they were receiving their orders, or orders were canceled and they would have to wait an additional 15 20 minutes aside from the 45 minutes they already waited. I was told I was called but I’m sure I wasn’t because I was literally staring at my phone the time they called. No missed calls ect. I can’t imagine one of the 3 or 4 employees taking their time off of this line to call a customer because they’re order was canceled. At that point it was late for me and dinner wasn’t in my hands.. Disappointing but I’m sure it would fall more on management to run out of something before 6pm.

We placed an order.. or we thought we did at least on 9/3. Spent over 10 minutes on the phone ordering Wednesdays special and we ordered a large 2 toppings stuffed crust, medium cheese and some other things. We waited for 45 minutes and still nothing. We called to see what was going on and apparently the order was never placed. This is the 2nd time this has happened. The 1st time we gave the benefit of the doubt, this time no more. We had to call the camp Bowie Pizza Hut to place an order. Nothing like eating pizza at 8:30 at night and having to rush to bed because of school and work and your stomach hurting. Thank you Pizza Hut, you truly do not care about customer service or even offered to make things right.

Every time I’ve ordered from this location the pizza has been horrible. I ordered pizza today and it tasted sweet like it had cinnamon on it. When I called the store they tried to convince me that it was the pepperoni that tasted sweet… are you kidding me? After the manager laughed at me then finally asked me what he would do to make it right, I said either remake the pizza and send it to me. He then laughed again and said he’d refund the pizza then hung up on me. Ridiculous. I will never order from there again…

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am so disappointed in the customer service. We had placed an order through uber eats. We noticed on the app that the drivers trying to pick up the pizza were being sent away. This begin to happen to 5 drivers. I called the Pizza Hut location to get information on what was going on. The girl working that night- June 14th- was beyond rude. When I only was trying to know why my order wasn’t being picked up and she proceeds to say she cancelled the order but it was not cancelled as it showed on the app that it was still being made. She then says “it’s not her problem and I need to call uber”. However anyone who’s ordered through uber knows that uber does not have a customer service number. As I am pregnant , my husband decided to go to the location as uber was still sending drivers to the location for pick up. When he got there, she immediately did not want to help. The uber driver showed up as well and told her it wasn’t cancelled. But she still began to say it was. After about 30 minutes of this, she finally cancels the order and says they were out of dough. So in total we waited for about 3 hours, not only wasting our time but the many uber drivers trying to pick up the order as well. We just wanted the order cancelled because we had spent about $150 and didn’t receive our order. I don’t understand what happened to customer service. She was beyond rude and negative. The worst service ever.
