Best Pizza Hut hands down!!!! I stopped eating Pizza Hut since it started to mess with my stomach!! Since I tried this particular one I’ve been back eating it every since! It taste like Pizza Hut when they had the buffet back in da days!!! Nice staff and always done on time!! I can’t speak for most pizza huts but this one is theeeee best!! On and the wings omg!!!

I was just delivered possibly the finest pizza I have ever had from this Benbrook, TX location. It was a supreme hand tossed. It was made evenly spreading the toppings. However the greatest thing it was cooked to perfection. Not to brown or overcooked. Not under cooked. Just perfect!

The Benbrook store ran my card twice. I called to get this fixed and was told that I had to call customer service, this person at the Benbrook location was super annoyed and stated her store doesn’t have anything to do with payments somehow….. I call customer service and they pull the transaction and told me my card was ran twice once for the payment and then a second time an hour later or less for the tip, the tip being more than the original purchase. I call the store back and was hung up on. I call back again and I’m told the manager will call their manager and they will get back to me ASAP. That was at 7:45pm and it’s now 9:58pm. No calls, nothing. So now I have to potentially cancel my debit card because someone wanted a $28.50 tip. I don’t think it’s very fun to steal from someone or make said person wait “5 days” (per customer service number) for a manager to call me.

Normally this place is pretty good, but totally failed on last order. They lost an oven which is totally understandable but what doesn’t make sense is they can’t update the timing on the order so that you know they are an hour behind. Also, instead of making the orders as they come in they put all delivery orders in front of all carry out. Shouldnt have to wait an hour while they put delivery in front of you.

Tonight I did order personal pan pizzas for delivery. I was pleasantly surprised. The pizzas were delivered in less than the time quoted. The pizza & bread sticks were excellent, prepared just the way I ordered. The order taker sent red pepper NOT the grated cheese I ordered. The delivery driver was courteous and apologetic for the wrong topping sent.
