I had a very disappointing experience with Pizza Hut. I placed an order and the website said my food would arrive within the hour. At the 40-minute mark, the tracker still showed my order as only “received,” so I called the store for an update. Chris, who was working nights on Feb. 8, 2026, was extremely rude on the phone. He told me I would need to wait two hours for my food because their bottom oven was broken and they were backed up due to the Super Bowl. I completely understand being busy on Super Bowl night — things happen. What I don’t understand is being spoken to rudely as a paying customer. If he can’t handle the pressure than maybes he’s in the wrong field of work. When I asked to speak to a manager, Chris said he was the manager. If that’s true, I honestly feel bad for his employees, because if he talks to customers that way, I can only imagine how he treats his staff. Poor communication, inaccurate delivery times, and unacceptable customer service. I won’t be ordering from this Pizza Hut again.

After getting a text from Door Dasher Ray saying he handed my order to me, I was a bit thrown off because no one had rang my door bell.
I stepped outside to find my Pizza Hut order sitting on my front steps, for I don’t know how long, looking as if a Mack truck had run over it.
I called Dasher Ray and asked him why he left my order on the steps, and then he pretended not to speak English ♀️
My husband and I packed up the ruined pizza and promptly went to the Pizza Hut we placed the delivery order with. Kris, the manager, was a great help and remade our order! 5⭐️ for Pizza Hut and -10⭐️ for Door Dash!!!!!

Pretty fed up with them not giving me my drinks. Throughout the years, they owe me like $10 in drinks.
Update: oh didn’t realize I already left a 1 star review. Well there’s more that happened today on July 27th. The app said that at 9:40 my order was “boxed and ready to go” and I didn’t get there until 9:53.
Pulled up and they said I wasn’t in the system. Okay, first interesting thing that happened. After a bit of digging, they found my order in their computer but it hadn’t been made.
I chose to pay with cash (long story short, I didn’t want my change, but my mom was wanting me to keep it cause it’s almost an entire dollar that I would be giving to them)
They then told us they couldn’t give me back the change that I was owed due to them not having any in the cash drawer. Fine by me, but then my mom asked if she could have a single breadstick instead ( )
The guy at the window walked away cause I assume he wasn’t sure what to do and the ???manager??? Idk I didn’t get his name, but he stepped to the window and was like, “what’s the problem?” Then he randomly adds, “to be honest I don’t really care about the situation cause I’m about to leave.” Okay, well that’s a bit rude. Lol
Anyway, the conversation got more pleasant cause I guess he might have realized that my mom wasn’t gonna be a Karen. I’m sure they get a lot of those over there and he might have went into defense mode before we were rude to him but still uncalled for.
Pizza was finally given and we left.
Opened it up when I got home and they put pepperoni on my pizza… I’m a vegetarian and meat wasn’t supposed to be on it at all.

Don’t know why Pizza Hut changed the crust but the regular hand tossed sucks I will never order Pizza Hut again last time we ordered crossword flat pizza was bland ordered it again after a $30 credit 3 days later the same way totally disappointed in this establishment.

I like the wings here but not today. Two of my six wings were broken legs. It just grosses me out thinking about poor little chickens being treated so bad that they have bones hanging out of their legs. If they are in that condition I have zero faith that they are clean or disease free

I originally ordered a pizza online but it wouldn’t process and I had to call. The online total including tip was only $18.74… When I called the location to order over the phone the lady said my total was $28.26 w/o a tip!!!! I asked her why in the heck the same pizza from the same place has a $15 difference when ordered directly from the store vs online. I got a ridiculous reply “That’s the way all companies do it.” Are you for real? That absolutely is not the way all companies do it! I feel like I was trying to be scammed out of extra money. Absolutely did not order.

Ordered at 10:15am for a 12:15pm delivery, same day… 3pm rolls around, and still no pizza despite calling the store at 1:40pm about it. When I called to cancel afterwards, they treated me like the problem. Tracker didn’t update, the person on phones was unhelpful and rude unfortunately.
