I picked up an order and it was just being finished as I walked in. The festive box was handed to me for the Triple Treat box. Food was ok. Cinnamon sticks were hot and fresh. The cheese sticks were over cooked. The pizza just isn’t my favorite- pepperoni cups on one pizza and sausage on the other. Not seasoned, just kind of bland. No fault of the store.

This Pizza Hut location has consistently terrible service! Orders are never ready on time. During my last visit I had to wait over 30 minutes inside the store for my order, which was placed online ahead of time, to be ready. The store appears to be short staffed, and the experience reflects it. The lady at the front is extremely rude, always seems angry, and is very unpleasant to deal with. After multiple bad experiences, I will never be setting foot in this place again!

Assosciate looked at me and that was that. no contact no asking for a name. Order not ready. Prime example why this Pizza hut is not one of my favorites. Definitely could you a management change to help upgrade the customer experience.

Ordered at 5:28 for delivery. Stated it would be here at 6:10. Notified at 6:10 order was not even in the over yet through door dash. Called the store. Worker answered and I tried to ask about my order. Guy doesn’t say anything, just hangs up on me. Called back, got another guy who just puts me on hold, no answers. This location has horrible customer service. Not the first time. Ordered for delivery once prior and the order was never delivered. Store wouldn’t answer phone. Had to leave sick kids at home to go check on order after being charged delivery fee. Found order in warmer and had been sitting there for over 45 minutes. Didn’t get the delivery fee refunded since I picked up myself. Will not be giving this place my money anymore and would strongly caution anybody using them. Horrible customer service.

Last time I had Pizza Hut was years ago because I never liked it much and honestly never planned on having it again. My parents really wanted a thicker pizza so they were pushing for the pan pizza here. I’m glad I caved – that freshly made veggie pan pizza is probably the best veggie pizza I’ve ever had from a chain. Service was awesome too: my scheduled order was ready ahead of time, the cashier verbally confirmed my special instructions to clean cut, and he even gave me their crushed red pepper bottle for free since they were out of the packets. I will definitely be back!

First they hang up on me, then proceeds to take the order but now for some reason is they not participating nor getting food for delay. I see the ratings now can’t explain what’s obvious.
