Placed my order online at 10:15 am on 11/19 and selected a 12:15 pm delivery for the same day. The driver showed up at 10:51 am. My email confirmation and the printed receipt with the driver clearly showed the requested 12:15 delivery time.

This was for a work lunch. I could not ask my team to eat at 10:51 and I was not about to serve cold pizza two hours later.

I called the Watson Rd location in Arlington, TX. I was told immediately that I did not request a specific delivery time. I explained that I did and that my confirmation proves it. The girl put me on hold and after several minutes a man picked up. I had to explain the entire situation again and he also insisted that no time was requested. I pointed out that both the email and receipt prove otherwise. He said he needed to get the manager.

The manager got on the line and said her name was Amy. I asked if she knew what was going on or if I needed to start over. She said she had no idea what I was talking about and she said it with attitude. I explained everything again. Her first response was that she did not know why I was coming at her. I told her I was frustrated because I had already explained this multiple times and everyone kept insisting I had not selected a delivery time.

At that point I asked how she became a manager. She told me it was because she is good at her job. I told her that a good manager would never talk to a customer the way she was talking to me. A good manager would acknowledge that the situation is odd, understand that I made a clear effort to have the food arrive at a specific time, recognize that their system failed, and choose to make it right for the customer. A good manager would also have her team brief her before picking up the phone with an upset customer.

Instead, Amy told me they would not remake the order. She said she could have declined my order entirely because I did not give two days notice for a six pizza order. I asked how I was supposed to know that, and she said it was company policy. I told her I do not work for Pizza Hut and that the website never displays this information. The site allowed me to place the order and choose a delivery time with no notice of anything requiring two days notice.

She eventually put me on hold and never returned. It was clear she expected me to hang up, which I finally did.

As of now I still do not have a refund. Once the payment clears I will request one through my bank because I refused the order.

This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

this is what my pizza looked like as soon as i opened the box. at first it looked like it was just cut weird but after moving the slice its a noticeable chunk missing. how did the slice end up under the other slice?? what happened to the middle section of the slice?? why was it only THAT slice ???? having an oddly cut pizza is one thing but to send a pizza that looks like it’s been tampered with is just not the move.. i’m confused and sad.

Worst service ever!!!
EVERYTIME I get pizza from here its wrong, whether it’s delivery or pickup. I ordered 1 med pan cheese & 1 med pan w/onion, bell pepper, easy cheese. Instead the dough on both was not fully cooked, and the easy sauce one had extra sauce.

I went to pick up our pizza and when I walked in I spoke, the girl was so rude she never spoke, I spoke 3 times and she still wouldn’t speak, So I asked her DO YOU SPEAK????? And she still didn’t speak, She just asked me was my order pick up! Very Very rude! It was a black girl (small) So I left without paying because I refuse to give my money to a place like that! Customer service was terrible! So I went to another Pizza Hut and they were more friendly.

They cut their pizza with a spoon and they forget your ‘complimentary’ dipping sauce with your bread/cheese sticks. Place is a joke.
Edit: Pizza is colder than room temp and I drove to pick up at the designated time. Not enough time in the damn oven.

Not a good store. It’s a hole in the wall. All employees are slow. 3 of them usually stand around. My 1 pizza/folder took an hour and 20 minutes for pick up. And it was wrong. I got hand tossed instead dish. Hardly any toppings or cheese and the fold pizza looked nothing like advertised. Go to a better store.

Avoid this place like the plague!!!!!! You will be wasting your time and money!!!! It’s not shocking that after the service I received, you have a 2 star rating. Got wings with very little sause the lady refused to give me more sause. Complained to corporate twice, got a generic response both times, and the first time got a generic response from someone over that store named David. Never got my money back or additional response from David. I Havnt spent another penny with Pizza Hut. Just fed my family with Dominoes.

This is why I stopped ordering from this horrible location! If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! Had to work late and ordered pizza for my boys and this is what was delivered … This hard *** dried up pizza. Trying to make me come up to the store to jump through hurdles to get a refund or my order remade, when I’m currently working and to top it off they wouldn’t even deliver it after I paid for delivery!! Customer service is horrible , Shelby “The store owner” HORRIBLE!!! People laugh when they hear me say I’m ordering Pizza Hut and I see why!!

I originally chose delivery and ordered online. However, my window kept being pushed back. So I called to see what was going on. After all, I had to pick it up.

I arrive at the location and I felt like nobody wanted be at work today!! I’m not saying be chipper but a “Hello” goes far. I walked in— no greet… then 3 other people walked in after me separately— and no greet.

I ordered 2 pizzas and wings. The food was warm— I’m assuming it’s warm because the food was waiting for delivery. The guy told me their oven isn’t working so they places the orders in bags. I asked how long to remake my items and he said 15mins. I told him that I would wait. He went to the back and talked to someone else. I guess they agreed to remake my items.

Come on Pizza Hut! People don’t want warm food upon pickup! Fix the oven please!
