I have been here on two separate occasions and both weren’t good. We paid for upgraded original pan crust and took it back because it was undercooked. They offered to remake it. We asked for just the basic crust because it was bad. However, they didn’t offer to refund the difference. They remade the pizza and the second time the crust was still undercooked.

This location is by far one of the worst pizza huts around. Poor customer service, poor management, and poor food quality. Every single time i order from them there is a issue. Personal Pan Pizza with Chicken and Tomatoes as toppings takes you to heaven. Ordered 4 times in the last four days and gonna order more… Perfectly cooked, with a generous amount of chicken.
However, I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Melt from here, which tasted crispy and too salty. That was disappointing.
Sometimes, you won’t find the staff in the pickup area, so you need to wait till they get there. But, I noticed a lady behind the counter twice. She is friendly and treats people well.
Overall, a good experience with the pizza and service. Would like to try other items too.

Got what I ordered, on time and good.
First time to try the mini wins…20 for $10/Wednesday. Flavor was good and fyi 20=10 regular bone-in wings. Pretty easy to eat, but boy they are tiny. Not disappointed, but probably won’t be purchasing very often.

Order took over and hour to prepare and deliver after the estimated deliver time. Pizza was received lukewarm at best and the service was horrendous. The sauces exploded in the bag and the marinara got on everything. The Basil Pesto Margarita pizza was missing the drizzle. We haven’t had many problems with this location in the past but this was just bad. Considering requesting a refund.

Ordered delivery in game day, and my pizza came 40 minutes later. Normally it takes at least an hour. Freshness was fairly decent, and the taste was amazing as usual. Our delivery driver was nice and prompt.

We ordered food and waited two hours and no food came. We called for an hour and nobody answered the phone when I finally got a hold of somebody. I had one minute and she couldn’t find our order but we paid for it and we have the proof that we paid for it so they did have an order, but because it was so close to closing, they decided not to fill our order. Even though we ordered it two hours before closing, but never Received it. This was horrible service.
