I heard the location was back on so my husband and I were excited to go try it out. I called four times to see if the buffet was open for dinner, but got redirected to the call center each time. We were already headed to town so we decided to just swing by, and there wasn’t any pizza out so that answered that question, but also no one behind the counter so we aren’t sure if anyone was even there.

Ordered two pizzas to go for my family, a Stuffed Crust Pepperoni Lovers and a Super Supreme Pan Pizza, staff was awesome, and the food was fantastic! Very little wait time and I felt like they were super-motivated to make sure we were satisfied. 10/10!

Sauce for chicken wings is NOT free. After ordering about $47 worth of food plus an 18% gratuity , I asked about sauce for the wings as there was no option to select a sauce when ordering online. I was told that sauce does not come with the wings and in order to get sauce, they would have to charge me .75/sauce. I was extremely put off by that, so I called Customer Service in Memphis, TN who explained that when they switched wing suppliers, this decision was made, but I could talk directly to the Store as it was up to them if they could just give me the sauce for free. I called and spoke to the Store Manager who advised that they could not give out the sauce for free as that was store policy. They would be happy to give me a full refund if I brought the pizza back. So they would rather waste food and money than just give me one sauce. Outrageous!!! Having said all of that, the food was warm and the way I ordered it, so that is the ONLY reason I gave them 3 stars.

The staff here were super nice, and I hate to leave a 1 star review, but… For the sign out front to say dine in open, awesome. I’d been craving Pizza Hut for a while and wanted to get some lunch. I walk in, and the place smells like an old vacant home, musty & damp. I set that aside as I figured they had just opened for the day, and it was just the ac starting up. As I sat at a table, I couldn’t help but notice the massive amount of attempted patchwork to the ceiling. It’s clear that was where the wet musty smell was coming from. The kicker that got me to leave was that they weren’t offering fountain drinks. Only bottled. A poor excuse to charge for extra bottles instead of free refills. The pizza hut in Nacogdoches spoiled me in comparison to this place. Lufkin Pizza Hut is run down, out of date, and shouldn’t offer dine in until they can fix the dining room experience. Again, there’s no fault of the staff. They were wonderful. It’s just a shame pizza hut corporate has let this building go into the shape it is.

This is a dead Pizza Hut … one of those that used to have indoor dining but now is take out only. The inside of the restaurant is dark like a cave when you walk in and you wonder what’s living in the corners. There is no drive thru so you will have to leave your children in the car if you order a pizza from here. The parking lot is horrible and hard to get turned around and back out of. The pizza was the usual Pizza Hut pizza but forget about trying to pull thru and pick it up.

The first time I tried their pizza amazing. my friend recommended it me so I wanted to try it out for my self. When I took that first bite I was shocked. Best pizza I’ve ever tried but they should work on their prices; it is a little pricey.

Edit: Just finished, super tasty thin crust, a bit greasy, but great for a hangover that way. Bread sticks got hogged by my dad, so I don’t know how they ended up. Probably good, based on speed of consumption. 5 Stars.

Our order was sent out via door dash and the sanitary SEAL was broken on the food! Pizza hut DID NOT ask us if door dash was ok, I would have picked it up myself!!
I do NOT use food delivery services except pizza!
When I called to inquire the “manager” kendra,( that is the name she gave) claimed the seal was already broken when it left the store, however, I called in from a number NOT associated with my account and never gave information for my order so she didn’t know what my order was nor what whether it was sealed!
She was very rude and disrespectful and I had to throw away $30 worth of pizza!

I’m so baffled at this place. The service wasn’t good. I had to get my own things like forks and stuff because even when I tried to flag down the waitress, she looked the other way (they weren’t busy at all. I was her only table) I asked for vinegar and oil for the salad which is why I got a salad in the first place, but they were out. I asked for pepper, they were out. I told her I wanted wings and a pizza from the $5 line up and she neglected to tell me that neither of those are actually $5 so the bill was more than what I was expecting, significantly more. Which still doesn’t add up. Then I asked for a to go box and guess what?! They were OUT. I couldn’t believe I had just paid for that meal over the amount it should of been and I got awful service. We will not be eating there any more. Which it seems like word has already got out about this location because they NEVER are busy. Drive to Nacgodoches, it’s worth the drive for better service.
