The first time I tried their pizza amazing. my friend recommended it me so I wanted to try it out for my self. When I took that first bite I was shocked. Best pizza I’ve ever tried but they should work on their prices; it is a little pricey.

Sauce for chicken wings is NOT free. After ordering about $47 worth of food plus an 18% gratuity , I asked about sauce for the wings as there was no option to select a sauce when ordering online. I was told that sauce does not come with the wings and in order to get sauce, they would have to charge me .75/sauce. I was extremely put off by that, so I called Customer Service in Memphis, TN who explained that when they switched wing suppliers, this decision was made, but I could talk directly to the Store as it was up to them if they could just give me the sauce for free. I called and spoke to the Store Manager who advised that they could not give out the sauce for free as that was store policy. They would be happy to give me a full refund if I brought the pizza back. So they would rather waste food and money than just give me one sauce. Outrageous!!! Having said all of that, the food was warm and the way I ordered it, so that is the ONLY reason I gave them 3 stars.

First off, I have changed my number and address on the website over a year ago and have received several orders to the address on file and received calls as well. Well today I guess no one wanted to do their job because I waited over an hour and half when it said 20-30 minutes for pizza and when I called about it the general manager(Jordie) was rude because I wanted fresh pizza instead of the ones they had been riding around with.. I can say that this is my last time using the Pizza Hut on timberland drive, they’re tooo sassy for me!!
