I had such a great experience at Pizza Hut! The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. The pizza was perfectly made with just the right amount of sauce and toppings, and the crust was baked just right. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made sure my order was correct and ready on time. The restaurant was clean and had a nice atmosphere. Overall, it was an awesome experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone craving some good pizza!

Pizza hut in Lindale is always a plus and go to in our house. The food is always fresh, made to correction, made in a fast timely manner and the customer service is always top tier. Location has always had speedy service when I’ve placed orders, whether online for delivery or pickup. Doesn’t matter when it’s Superbowl time, they get it done. McKayla took care of me when I completed my last pickup, and made sure my order was correct prior to me exiting. Superbowl is approaching so get those orders in.

Great food and service! I really hate to do this. Im a door dasher. This store regardless of who is general manager is struggling. Fire one, and hire another and nothing changes. You will literally sit there 20-30 minutes every door dash order you get. The word with door dashers is they hate to get an order there because of the issues getting the food out. It is way more then the employees. When you have 9 orders and 2 people working there is nothing the employees can do. Its been this way forever. Regardless of management. It has to be an issue higher up.

Tried this place again after having a few bad experiences. Things seem to be working out well with the new management. Pizza was hot and had the correct toppings. Was very good. Shout out to Kaylynn for improving this store. Will definitely be ordering from here more.

Terrible! I ordered a cheese stuffed crust pizza with tomatoes, basil drizzle and beef. They gave me thin crust, hardly any tomatoes, and no basil drizzle! I call to have them make it correct and theyre out of cheese stuffed crust and dont have any tomatoes. They offered a credit, but that doesn’t help when we were all excited about cheese stuffed crust! Get it together and dont mess up someones order and just hope they dont notice!
Also, I never received the credit they promised. Called and asked for a refund and they refuse to refund the full cost of the pizza. The lady on the phone hung up on me and told me i could call tomorrow when the GM is there. Will never order from this pizza hut again!

I waited 40 minutes for a delivery I was picking up. The guy that came to the counter was rude. Had long hair and a beard and did not have a hair net or a beard guard on which was so disgusting and who knows how many people could of gotten hair in their food. He said they were unthawing pasta for the delivery so I had to wait another 15 minutes. His excuse was the manager wasn’t from there and so they were behind. Worst customer service ever and that place needs lots of help. Maybe the health department needs to visit.
