The people at the pickup window were great. Very outgoing and engaging. However when we got home, both of the pizzas we ordered had no sauce on them. Wouldn’t recommend this Pizza Hut if this is a regular occurrence.

This location is the best location in Tyler, Texas. It makes a huge difference when someone is passionate about the food they’re making- this whole team has been amazing since they’ve opened their doors a few years ago.
I hurt my ankle and I couldn’t walk inside the store so I called and they brought my food to my car- I cannot express how nice that was!! I would recommend this location EVERYTIME!

All in all my experience was great. I was surprised that this and surrounding locations don’t offer delivery options outside of DoorDash. I was also disappointed that a complimentary ranch dip wasn’t included with the 12 piece wings I ordered. But I do appreciate the employee splitting it up between barbecue and hot wings.

Fantastic location, all the servers are awesome. My only complaint would be the minimal toppings on the pizza, even when I pay for extra. That would be my only complaint, and it doesn’t stop me from ordering there because they are all awesome

Tonight the Manager was very rude and waspish. Normally we order and there’s no issue, however bc of the manager snapping as us we left without our two liter and had to return. We almost didn’t.

Surprisingly small for being across from a university, but the pizzas were made within the time the app said they would be. The guys working were neither friendly nor unfriendly….just getting the job done (it was freaking cold out and they may have been getting busy idk.)
