Well this will be the last time we order from this location. Messing up an order by not putting the toppings ordered. Only pepperoni pizza, seriously. And management said it was because the person was new. Then takes the pizza and my receipt back.
Now have to wait for a whole remake time.
And then seeing they dont use gloves to prepare the food. One guy cleaning his snot from his nose with his hands then boxing up the food. And another girl dropped a wing on the floor, didn’t pick it up to toss it. Debating if to pick it up because she was in line of site. Then when she thought no one was looking she picked it up and tossed it into the fryer. When done took out that one single drum wing and sauced it and put it in the box to be eaten by whomever just ordered wings.

So this could have been a simple fix. I guess your manager at this location is having a bad day. Every time I order cream cheese icing they put it in the warmer and it melts and is disgustingly greasy. This time however they were both melted and one barely had anything in it. I asked the employee at the window to switch it. He said ok no problem. When he came back to the window I was told that his manager asked him to inform me that that’s what I get. He refused to fix the problem. I spend lots of money at this location. Guess this will be my last time going. There’s other options with better customer service.

I wish I could give them zero stars for service. I ordered a pizza to be delivered and added Cinnabons using rewards points. The pizza was delivered fine, but I didn’t get the Cinnabons. The driver said he couldn’t do anything, that I’d have to call the manager. Manager said he didn’t see the Cinnabons on my order, but they were there when I placed it, and I would have to call customer service. The customer service line didn’t give me the option to talk to anybody, but said I would have to use chat to register my complaint. I described the situation and asked for a callback to discuss the situation. This was 7 days ago and I’ve still never heard from Pizza Hut. I’m not ordering from Pizza Hut again – they obviously don’t want to redeem rewards points or provide any customer service.

It is take out or delivery. The staff are great people, the pizzas are great. I like the fries also, which you can get with different seasons. Don’t forget the wings! My favorite is the sweet chili sauce. You can order ahead or use the pick up window. Their delivery drivers are quick friendly and make sure your food is delivered hot. They really earn your tip@

I ordered pizza from 628 white street in Anna Tx right after lunch ! It was so nasty ! It was very dry and the pepperoni was burnt ! I know it had been someone else’s that didn’t pick up there order and then they gave it to me ! You can tell it had been sitting there for a long time! Don’t eat there unless you order when you get there! They had no dipping sauce! The girl that was there she had no name tag on ! Look like she came off the street and started cooking! No one but her was there no customer ! No manager etc.I ask for a refund and they said someone would get in touch with me in 3 days? I have yet to hear from them Stay away go to another Pizza Hut !

I called this Pizza Hut location to be sure they saw notes about no sauce (tomato allergy). Joshua, the manager at this location insisted that they did not receive my order from Uber Eats. He was very short about it and continued to tell me that I needed to call Uber eats and take it up with them. I had him check both mine and my husband’s names and both phone numbers. He again said they had not received it. I even told him it was 3 pizzas. Still “no I don’t have it”. I was furious with Uber Eats…However, Uber Eats said they sent the order to Pizza Hut, so I called Pizza Hut back again and Joshua very rudely told me no they don’t have my order and that’s when I told him I needed him to check again. He asked my name again. After telling him he said “oh we do have your order”. I was pretty surprised because he said it’s already being made so obviously they’ve had it for a while. Joshua then proceeded to tell me that he thought I said a different name as if it was my fault. No lie! This man spoke down to me as if he didn’t just mess up and make me stressed out for no reason! he never actually sincerely apologized at any point. He was rude and smug and cut me off to get off the phone when I expressed how upset I was. I will never order from here again! He stressed me out for no reason as I was trying to provide what I thought was a special treat for dinner for my children and husband. I would also encourage Pizza Hut management to actually listen to the “recording” they claim they make for training purposes so you can train your employees on proper customer service, including handling of their mistakes and how to correct them to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

The worst service ever its very humiliating too order from the pizza hut on white street in anna because they will literally take your money and not deliver your order and try to place blame elsewhere….And when you call back they keep putting you on hold until they close……this happened 02/27/2026 My husband wings around 10 they said delivery time would be 11:40 pm nobody ever came and when we called they said we’re closed no refund no apologies nothing I think its so disrespectful too keep someone’s hard earned money like that far as im concerned thats theft because we have no product im so angry at the non caring attitude we were giving and I will be calling corporate until I no longer feel humiliated…..someone’s gotta give a damn……

Ordered delivery. $5 charge and it was door dashed. Didn’t even know that was a thing. Door dash texted my order had been delivered but it did not show up at my house. Called door dasher and she swears it was my house. I asked her if she took a picture and she wouldn’t share it. Called Pizza Hut. They offered to remake my pizza and charge me full price. The manager Trish said the only thing she could refund would be the delivery cost. She even called the store manager Jeffrey and he said the same thing. If they remake the pizza I would still be charged full price and of course I would pick up so why not refund the delivery cost? HELLO!!!
I wanted the convenience. It was so inconvenient and then the company didn’t even care to take care of the mistake. I am not looking for a hand me out but a company who takes care of their customers. I will not eat here ever again!
