WORST PIZZA HUT EVER !!!! DONT WASte YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE !!! Bunch of unsupervised kids running around without any guidance!!! And two of the employees are high as a kite ! Placed an order for a large cheese pizza and they said it’s 45 min wait!! I came to pick up the pizza 1 hour later and the pizza still not ready ! Then they tell me it’s gunna be another 40 mins wait !!! They didn’t even make the food !!! Completely absurd ! I really hope someone in corporate sees this because this is a complete disaster of an establishment ! If I was you I would not come here !

How is the quality from the one on the other side of town do different. Taste and topping off was of. Hate to see light cheese if this regular, will never go to East locations again. Was told its a special so u get less really. How bout u post that part b4 people order.

I haven’t ordered from here in years, and placed an order Wednesday.
1 of the pizzas was over cooked, I also ordered bread sticks a 20oz pepsi and 2L pepsi that weren’t delivered. I called 1 of the pizza hut here in Princeton regarding my missing items as instructed by the dasher and they said I needed to be transferred to another place, I waited and waited but after 15 minutes I hanged up, then I called the other pizza hut here in Princeton same thing, ready to take orders but once I told em about my missing items once more I was transferred and again I waited and no one picked up. I did the online survey requesting for a call regarding my missing items and it’s Friday I still haven’t received a refund, my items or a call regarding my items.
I most definitely will not be ordering from here again maybe this is why I hadn’t ordered in years but forgot.

Terrible service, people in the kitchen were all distracted. Took like 20 minutes to make one pizza. Food was fine, but be prepared to wait a while if you’re ordering here.

I can’t give less than one Star. If you live in Princeton, TX. Don’t go to this Pizza Hut. I think there is a newer one further down 380 towards McKinney, TX. Worst made pizzas I’ve ever ordered. Sometimes Bad Pizza is just Bad Pizza. Terrible and lazy making

This Pizza Hut is absolutely amazing! My food is always hot and fresh, and the customer service is 10/10! Every time I order, there’s a sweet note written on the pizza box or on the wings’ container (which is what I frequently order – pizza and wings), and the folks are so sweet and kind! I appreciate you all for making me smile!

The first time I’ve ordered from this location the driver delivered my drinks to my neighbors then gave the food to me. I had to drive to the store with my baby to get the drinks myself. The second time I didn’t get my 2 extra marinara sauces that i paid for. I called and apologized to them for their mistakes and the first girl I spoke with was sweet and kind. When her new supervisor or whatever got on the phone he was ready to blame me for something he knows nothing about. He started off by telling me I didn’t order extra sauce , then magically saw the sauce on my receipt. I told him what I ordered matched what was on the app but the receipt. I get it $1.50 is not that serious but then he places blame on me saying if I have issues ordering on the app then I should call my order in . Despite the obvious technical issues. Then tells me “even tho this isn’t our fault , I will put a $5 credit on your acct , because I’m feeling kind “… after I called him out he starts to tell me we don’t have “beef” and called me “honey” … telling me he is new trying to fix whatever issues was happening at that location. Someone needs to help him down off his high horse cause he is definitely the problem now if he wasn’t before and he needs classes on how to resolve an issue . Whoever I spoke to when I had to get my drinks the first time was professional, and handled the situation like an adult with a job not like they are an immature teenager. I will never go back there again because they are the closest Pizza hut to me and I won’t trust them with anything I eat

This Pizza Hut is a hidden gem in the Princeton area. The pizza, as always is great and a wonderful hit of nostalgia. I recommend the buffalo wings and the hand tossed meat-lovers pizza. However, the pepperoni pizza is a classic for a reason.
