I was not informed there were no traditional wings and received “bone out” wings. (Chicken Chunks) I was quickly informed there’s no refund but these chicken chunks are inedible and extremely dry. I would love an IOU on a proper pack of wings

I would be understanding if they were busy and was okay with the delays but they outsource their delivery through door dash. I paid online for my order (which they received at 8:30am for a 6:30PM delivery) bc I don’t carry cash. However, the door dash app told the driver I was paying cash so he couldnt complete my order until he received payment. We went back and forth for 20 minutes (my pizza was already late by over 30 mins) and after multiple calls to the store and being placed on hold for 20 minutes I had to no choice but to pay him to get my pizza. The pizza was cold and there was no marinara sauce with my double order of breadsticks.

Normally this location is pretty good about handling the food with care and making sure its hot and fresh when its delivered. Idk what happened today. But I didn’t get any kind of notification that it was delivered, the pizza boxes were very soggy and the pizza was damn near cold. Sincerely disappointed customer

I order Pizza Hut about once every 6 weeks, I ordered from this place bc it was on my route (not my regular PH). This was far and away the sloppiest pizza I’ve ever received from PH, all the toppings were thrown in the middle, leaving large sections of the outer rim (but before the crust) without toppings or sauce. It was a 5 topping pizza and 90% of the toppings were just sloppily tossed in the center. I would avoid this specific PH. I should have taken a picture but I did not.
The cashier was very friendly and pleasant and the taste of the pizza was good, just wish they’d have put even the slightest effort in when adding the toppings.

I’ve been going to this Pizza Hut for the past 4 years. I love it! Every now and then a mistake may happen- a driver left with my pick up order once, or one afternoon my order didn’t even make it to them. They eventually got it, but they had a hard time doing it. The mistakes have been rare though. They offer great customer service, they’re friendly, and the food is awesome! Thanks y’all!!
