I am beyond furious. i was waiting for my pizza and noticed it sitting on the oven for 10 total minutes before it was given to me. All the while the female manager stood around doing absolutely nothing to prepare my pizza for me, allowing my food to lose its warmth, not to mention she failed to give me my 86¢ worth of ranch, which i had already paid for. I walked out disappointed and unsatisfied and frankly offended by her lack of urgency and commitment to consumer service. I will NOT be going back there. They lost a loyal customer today who has order from this establishment for many years. Shame on that manger and shame on pizza hut.

This location received these stars because the order was messed up, called the store and the gentleman told me I got what I paid for, I started to let it go but my alter ego come out so I had to drive to the store and get it right, teach your employers that we are not their friends, you don’t speak to customers like that and I wasn’t about to drive back up there the next morning to speak to Monica the GM since he claim he was the shift manager , thank God I have many years of genuine CS cause it could have turn badly. The other gentleman was willing to fix the problem, y’all have people out here jump on your employees because of their mouth, get it right.

We ordered online and it was ready within 20 minutes. There is a nice seating area inside. Our large pepperoni pizza was delicious. There was no greasy underside or overflow of sauce. It was cooked to perfection and went so fast that I wasn’t able to take a picture. We will definitely be coming back to this location.

If I could give this place no stars I absolutely would. I had placed an order 30 minutes in advance, when getting there, the pizza still wasn’t ready although they told me it was an 20 minute wait and when I received it my order was completely wrong. Had a burnt dessert and I had almost nothing of crust (dough) on my pizza even though I asked for regular hand tossed. When addressing the issues, workers had the ugliest attitude, never again!

Should have known just by driving up no cars in the parking lot but I still gave it a chance.
First when the employee is taking my order I can’t understand what she is saying. Yes she was wearing a mask but you have to open your mouth to talk. I had to say excuse me several times. Then she offered fountain or bottled drink my husband chose fountain after his first cup as he serves him a second cup an employee said all bag in boxes or expired and drink from it. The we get the pizza and I asked for cheese and crushed pepper cashier said we charge for it 1.29 each. I sad dine in my pizza was still boxed like a to go order. Next time I will listen to my inner voice. The only reason I gave it a star is because I had to.

I’ve been coming here for years without any issues. I must say, Pizzahut has saved my pasta. Initially, I wasn’t going to buy the small chili and parmesan shakers, but during my last visit, I picked up about 10 pizzas and also 10 shakers(I was hosting a party) Anyway, I was preparing my dish and realized I didn’t have any parmesan cheese. Then I remembered I had some from my last visit, which really saved the day I love Pizza Hut.

Somebody from corporate should definitely pay this location a visit after 5PM….. Customer Service is horrible, no sense of urgency for customers even after placing my order online 30 minutes ahead of time. When my pizza was finally ready to the young Hispanic girl walked right past it as if she didn’t see it. Nobody has on gloves or a hairnet! Wish I could leave 0 stars
