Both orders of chicken wings are uncooked, raw. See the pictures. I know that they were busy, and the order was 10 minutes late, I understand. A lady waited it in the store for an hour for her order.
But the meat was so raw, it was unacceptable. I called the store. They said go back and give me a replacement or give me store credit. They refused to give me a refund.
Will never order from this store again. Stay away.

Tonight, me and my girlfriend ordered a pizza and breadsticks for delivery around 6pm. The app said it would take about 25-35 minutes, which is totally understandable. At about 7:30 we had not received our order and I called the number that was given to me by the Pizza Hut App. A call center picked up and transferred me to the store. I talked to the manager, Arturo. He said he would re-make my order and it would be about 25 minutes to be delivered. We called again around 8:45 and Arturo said his delivery driver had the pizza and was headed our way, we were quoted 15 minutes. At 9:10 we tried calling again and could not get through to the store. We tried calling from 9:10pm to 9:30pm. At 9:30pm the delivery driver showed up to the hotel and we asked him to get ahold of his manager. He attempted to call Arturo’s cell phone number and the number was out of service, so he called the call center and couldn’t get through to the store either. Me and my girlfriend decided to get in the car and go meet Arturo. When we arrived to the location he was talking to an employee from a different fast food place about how someone else threw wings in his face. For a man whose excuse about our order was “I’m trying to take care of 4 orders and make everyone happy” he sure had a lot of time to stand around and talk to his buddies.

Horrendously awful customer service.
They never have breadsticks.
They always have a line out the door as the person working the till goes back to make pizzas.
They feel chronically short staffed, probably cause their base pay should be much higher.
Corporate needs to get their act together and pay the staff here better and staff it better

I ordered 2 pizzas wings and garlic bread they didnt bring the bread. When I called they offered to send it to us. They had a door dasher deliver it and didnt give him a tip. I had no cash to give. Will not be ordering from here again

If I could give this place a 0/5, i would. The first time I ordered from here, the food was great. Every time since then has been downhill. The pizza is greasy, and the bacon on it is essentially bacon fat. The last 3 times I have gone, either my order was not ready yet (after placing the order 30+ minutes ago and I arrive at the time provided when I order), or the order was wrong & they have to remake it, making me wait an additional 30+ minutes for my food. I continued visiting this location for the convenience. However, I will not be ordering from here again. When waiting for your food, the employees have no sense of urgency; it is quite sad. I would recommend corporate going in and doing a HUGE turn around of this location. I do not see how it is still up and running.

Never, I repeat, never order from this stores location. I placed a dinner for my family while at work at Amazon. The delivery driver acted as if they couldn’t find my apartment door and decided to leave my food outside of the leasing office, on the ground, in the cold for anyone to snatch and take. Mind you, the driver entered my building and sent a picture of the elevator. I lost $43 bucks, my family had to make other dinner plans and I’m extremely disappointed and pissed off! You can get ahold of corporate, the call center is no help either.

I ordered pizza and breadsticks here Friday night for pickup. When I walked in the store I met the store manager Rico working the counter. He was kind, professional and super helpful! He had my order ready to go, and when I got home and opened it up, it was perfect and delicious! I’ll definitely be using this location for my late night pizza orders from now on!
