Guy with nose ring who works front is terrible and rude. Greeted me with what’s name on order, threw down receipt and didn’t open box. My order was wrong when I opened box. He threw down copy of receipt and pointed at it. I asked him what I’m looking at and he gives me a smart remark. Then he realizes after looking at receipt he’s wrong. Doesn’t say sorry, places order for new pizza and doesn’t say anything. I have to ask him how long it’ll be.

I ordered on the Pizza Hut app which was fast and easy. My food was ready on time when I went to pick it up. My pizza was hot and fresh. They do not offer free crushed pepper or parmesan cheese. There was no parking available in the lot.

seriously needs to train their staff who work in Saturday shift in afternoon on how to treat customers. The way they act is completely unprofessional. No greetings, no respect, no basic manners. It felt like I was bothering them just by walking in. The attitude was terrible, the service was slow, and they clearly don’t care about customers at all. I’d give zero stars if I could. If you want good service, this is definitely NOT the place.”

The worst experience I’ve had here. Ordered from uber eats they didn’t make the pizza correctly. I ordered a pepperoni lovers with mushroom and jalopeno and got just a regular pepperoni. Ordered a the cookie pan and they didn’t cut that. Ordered a chicken pizza and they cut that into quarters. When I called the store the associate said there was nothing they could do because I ordered off uber. No customer service help what so ever. It’s not Ubers fault the messed up my order royally.

Pizza was warm and this is supposed to be garlic buttery crust.. no zest and no shine.. smh. No garlic buttery crust. Very disappointed ☹️. My pizza should have been hot as long as it took. 613pm I ordered and it arrive at 730pm. I decided to give this location another try.. very wrong decision!

Wrong order delivered (ordered the pig app). Tried to call, rang and rang then hung up. Tried to email, no store name/number is on the receipt.
Was supposed to be half cheese (for the vegetarian), half pepperoni. Pepperoni was on all but one slice. $25 is a lot to pay for a wrong order and no way to get it corrected.
