Extremely bad customer service by Angie at this location. We ordered a pizza online and they said they have not received our online order. Yet the delivery person came to our door, with the completely wrong pizzas. I called to inform the location and Angie was completely disrespectful and informed me that the Manager was at home and did not speak with customers. I asked her can you provide him my phone number to call me. I informed her I have my order number and she refused to take it down. Then requested I spend more money and order another pizza. They already took the money out of my account as I kept informing Angie but yet her rudeness continued. So when I asked for the corporate phone number, she told me to find it myself. Interestingly, a individual named Kevin called and told me I will be refunded and they will deliver the pizza. Good recovery but because of the disrespect by the original worker-I am providing 1 star.

Phenomenal service when I went. There were some issues with computers when I tried to ring out, but the large order I had was already ready for me by the time I walked in the door. The machine charged me for more than my actual order, but it was corrected not only with them, but the credit card company so I didn’t have to deal with that process as well.
Food was really good. Not having had Pizza Hut in a while I didn’t know what to expect so this was a very pleasant surprise.

The Big New Yorker was great!! I ordered my pizza through their call center, and when I arrived at the location, the order was not in their system. The Mgr knew I was headed to a meeting, so she hurried and made my pizza. She saved the day!!
