One star. The pizza was cold and clearly not cooked right. I ordered 25 minutes ahead, the place wasn’t busy at all, and I still had to wait another 45 minutes when I got there. Totally unacceptable. I won’t be going back again.

For the third time in a row my pizza has been delivered incorrectly. I wanted to try your new Tavern Ultimate pizza last night and instead I got a under cooked, never cut, meat pizza. I ordered it in a large and I was given a medium. I ordered a second pizza in a medium meat lovers and it was a large. I ordered cheese bread and it was sent without the marinara sauce. When I called the store, the male that answered and represented himself as the manager refused to give his name, refused to remake the pizza and told me I could only get a credit for future orders. However, he was happy to share that the RDM’s name was Andrea and that she would be in on Friday and I can call her if I had a problem. Multiple times I asked for his name and he refused stating that he was not going to give me his name and that he didn’t want to hang up on me, so if I had nothing else to say then I could call Andrea this morning. This is really bad service and I don’t know what it is going to take to clean this location up, but the employees have bad attitudes, they are unprofessional and the food is never made correctly. I recorded part of my conversation with this male representative who claimed to be the manager but refused to give his name. And I am happy to share the recording.

This Pizza Hut location is tucked away in a small shopping center off Galloway Ave. It is clean and the service was great. I had ordered a pizza online and they didn’t have the specific crust after making the order. The restaurant called me to let me know and it was nice that they followed up. My order was ready on time to picked up.

I just had my first experience at Pizza Hut, and I usually stick with Papa John’s! As soon as I walked in, Kayla greeted me with a warm smile. She was so friendly and caring, and the manager was just as welcoming! It felt great to be treated so well. Plus, the pizza was absolutely delicious! I can’t wait to come back for more!

E was very professional and courteous during my time there. There was several people ahead of me and yet he remained calm and friendly. I asked for the manager name and whatnot and turns out E was the manager or regional manager of the location. He did provide his boss info and I said I would contact them but I wanted to put this on google because his presence and demeanor needed to be commended! He was the only one working in the location…yet..everything was clean, organized and still managed to make the orders happen with no problems. Eduardo or E..continue to shine because it’s not easy..but they way you handle things makes it effortless!!

Was waiting in the parking lot for my order to show it was done on the app, saw a doordasher enter the store and that’s when two men got out of the car parked in front and they both worked at this specific store, when the app says it’s approximately ready I go in and they barely started working on it as the only employees were the ones sitting in their car smoking waiting for somebody to go in!

Please go back to in house delivery. Paid a 4.99 delivery fee an over6.00 tip to get a very thin ice cold supreme pizza and ordered cinnna sticks that were so cold and hard that all the cinnamon topping fell off in chunks.

Placed my order online and its about to be 1 hr and 30 minutes since I placed the order and the pizza hasn’t gotten here yet. The worst thing is that this is not the first time. Last time I had to go pick it up since the had “no drivers working that day” the manager of this place need to hire more people because waiting so long for a pizza is not acceptable. Now that it arrived take a look at my cookie this is how it got here and the pizza was stale. I will just order Dominos next time.
