Pizza Hut knows they’re wrong serving us hard cardboard bread sticks and zero marinera sauce on the pizza. We can’t even break the top portion of the bread sticks. Never again.

We ordered 3 large 1 topping pizzas. After eating a slice, my husband starts freaking out. A long piece of hair was baked inside the pizza. It was literally baked into the cheese. I’m assuming the cleanliness there is most likely in need of a health inspector. I get accidents happen, but why not wear a hair net or hair up when cooking someone’s food, that’s super disgusting. I tried to contact the store, only to never have them actually pick up the phone. So I never did get ahold of anyone. Their phone answering service is the only person you speak with and they basically just transfer you to the store, only for them not to even answer. I contacted the chat located on their website, and corporate customer service was just as helpful. They offered a “free pizza” which I declined. I don’t want to ever eat at this place again, why would you offer me a free pizza? I threw 3 pizzas away last night, no real solution, other than my $40 dollars was wasted, and Pizza Hut simply doesn’t care anymore about quality or customer service anymore.

Tried to order off the 2 for 1 Pi Day coupon and they only sent one pizza. Tried to call and explain to them and they just wanted to make and deliver another pizza just to cut the conversation short. The guy on the phone basically said that he didn’t have time for us. When we received the ONE pizza, it looked like it had been dropped and all the toppings were piled up on one side.

This is what I received when I asked for a pizza with pepperoni and jalopenos. Called and the manager laughed and said call corporate. I lay money it was a teenager and not a managers Society is doomed when our youth behave as such and show such lack of respect. Parents you are the reason they feel things like this are funny.

The lady I dealt with at the front felt the need to tell me her full day story and how she was throwing up.. I’m about to buy food from you why would you think I want to hear that? Needless to say she was seeking attention. Not to mention she was wearing sunglasses at 9pm while working. Good was not the greatest pizza was not to tasty not like usual Pizza Hut locations. Anyhow I got thrown off by the first part I mentioned. Probably best to go to the other Rockwall location

I ordered a “cupped” pepperoni pizza and received a cheese pizza. When I called to get the correct order, the employee explained that they are out of cupped pepperoni and sent me cheese instead. I asked why no one called me and asked if I wanted regular pepperoni instead, she apparently “didn’t think of that.”
She then sent a replacement pizza through Door dash for some reason, and the dasher told me I owed them $20 in cash.
I explained the situation to the dasher and tried to call the store directly, but didn’t get an answer after being on hold for 10 minutes.
The dasher also tried with the same results.
She ended up just returning the pizza to the store.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I have to tell you how bad my service was over the phone. I was calling to order a pizza and I asked the lady are you in the store and she put me on hold a long time and when I call back, she hung up on me. I’m a longtime customer. I don’t appreciate the bad service when I just want to make sure that the pizza order got to the store because the last time it didn’t get to the store and I had to wait a while for the pizza to be made. This is bad service. I’m not going back. I just wanna share my experience.

The best part is that the pizza is rock hard because of how long it takes to get it.

Well this guy that was at the counter when I came to pick up my pizza was SO SO SO pleasant and I mean he made everyone who came in after me smile even made me smile … and I don’t smile. So anyways the little personal pan pizza was wrong but I looked at the ticket I put it in wrong I just wanted plain cheese but it wasn’t but it was totally my fault I went back in and said it was totally my fault and he let me keep the first pizza and gave me the second one I needed to order free and said “it happens don’t worry about it or bless someone else” so I read the other reviews and I was like there’s no way BUT then I found out that he just helps here 2 nights a week so that makes sense but I asked him his name and he said MAYBERRY … yeah like the Andy Griffith show. Idk that’s my review food was good no complaints and sweet as hell guy
