Worst customer Service ever. Even the manager doesn’t know how to talk. They are hiring just anyone now a days to fill the positions. Here’s the picture of what a pizza with extra cheese looks like. All burnt up and no trace of extra cheese. On top of that their comments are that is how a pizza is supposed to be. Worst store to go to. If Im paying money you asked for I want exactly what I ordered. Just because you work in a pizza store doesn’t mean you know how or what a pizza is supposed to look like or taste. You guys are not right fit for customer facing jobs. I should have read the reviews. same complaint by many others. If this is franchise they need to shut it down.

We ordered on the app at 10:08am and said it would be delivered at 10:45am. It’s was 11:15 when we called store and no answer. Called again, picked up and hung up. Called the call center and they said it should’ve been delivered at 10:45 but nothing they could do. We are currently at the store and they said nothing they can do until manager gets there. Which is weird cuz delivery driver was leaving with a pizza. Me and someone else waiting on manager. This location is notorious for poor customer service and trash experience. Never had any complications from Pizza Hut ever except this one. How are they still in business when it’s always something.

This location is just trash honestly I’ve been a Pizza Hut guy for years this is the only one that’s By my house every time I call over the phone they never pick up or when they do they place me on hold and the phone ends up hanging up after waiting 30 minutes. They definitely need a new staff team here for sure. Pizza Hut definitely needs to do better
