Just received my pizza from the new location and I am surprised to say everything was excellent and perfectly cooked. I had more pizzas that than the one pictured below but I just wanted to show how excellent it looks because I honestly have never seen that. I hope this service stays with the new location.

Ordered 3 pizzas and a salad by phone was told they were out of stuff crust so ok ordered original crust . Went to pick up order found out there was stuff crust after I paid so charges were voided new charges rang up due to price of ordering pizza originally wanted.. I asked for 2 ranch for salad they only had 1 left so substitute was dipping ranch which does not go good with salad also store was out of croutons. Looked at recipe after I got home the extra ranch was $3.00 not to happy that a side of ranch cost half the price of salad . I was given the extra pizza lady said for the mix up and having to wait on new pizza to be made.

New Pizza Hut location has a dining room and for lunch they have a combo deal that includes a 1 topping 9″ pizza and 20oz soft drink for just $5 everyday 11am to 4pm. Lots better then the old place!

Excuse the icing. I flipped it on the ground right after I walked out the door smh but I love this Pizza Hut!! The staff here is always nice and smiling which speaks volumes to the management team and work environment. Amber is awesome and a great asset to the team! Thank you for everything you do. Food I ordered made me and my kids sick. Ordered online for delivery and it was delivered by grub hub. Food was cold so I heated it up when it got here. Won’t buy from trash chain pizza places like this anymore.

I moved to TX in February of 2021 and I live near the Carrollton/Plano area which has questionable/terrible reviews for all the Pizza Huts in the surrounding areas. The ratings were mostly below a 3.5 which is very off-putting, so I figured I’ll never order from Pizza Hut while in the Carrollton/Plano area (lol it’s that serious!). I stopped by this Lewisville location on my way from a dentist appointment & idk if I caught them at the right time or what but my pizza was PERFECT! The young lady who took my order was very nice and inviting, and she made sure that I had all the condiments that I needed. I had to take a picture of my pizza because it looked so good lol this review is about a month late but I wanted to make sure that I gave this location their props! I will be visiting this location for pizza again.
