Ordered bread sticks and Ciniminis on the mobile app. Order was estimated to be ready by 6pm. Got to the location at 5:58 and sat at the drive through window for 7 minutes before someone came to the window, gave my name and said it was a mobile order. Waited another 5 to 6 and was handed one pizza box and was told I was good to go. Opened the box and I saw I had 2 orders of bread sticks and no ciniminis. Called the guy back over and said I’m missing ciniminis. The gentleman said oh yeah we ran put of ciniminis and just gave you cinisticks, so you’regood to go. Frustrated I just said ok and drove off. There was no way I was now going to wait for a refund and go through all of that hassle when they had 4 other people in the lobby and another person behind me in the drive through line. What I really dont under stand is when I placed the order they have my phone number and could simply call me and tell me that they do not have what I ordered and refund me then. What makes me really frustrated is that I paid $7.25 (10 count) for the ciniminis and cinisticks are $5.50 (5 cinisticks). Kinda feel cheated being given that and not even asked if I wanted a refund or replacing with an option equal or better than what I wanted. What makes this even worse is that they packed both sticks together so the bread sticks had a sweet flavor and the cinisticks had a garlic flavor on them . Sad to say this isn’t the first time something like this has happened at this location. Don’t think I will ever return to this location ever again.

I give this Pizza Hut location one chance out of the year just to see if anything has changed. Absolutely nothing and I’ve tried for 3 years now. They gave me a pizza with no cheese. They forgot my soda and gave me boneless bbq wings with barely any sauce completely disgusted. Customer service was horrible. I thought if I speak to someone else after my horrible experience with one person but the bad customer service was contagious in the store. I hope this location shuts down, or gets new management and leadership because everyone they hire is trash!!

We’ve been PH fans for years, lately have had issues. Time precious for the wrong pizza and chicken wings. Now, ordered the Ultimate Hut Bundle, Friday evening April 4- Pepperoni Lover’s Pizza with added onions, green peppers, black olives. Take a look at the pic – no extra pepperoni and it looked like the veggies were just thrown on top of a cooked pizza! The other was a spicy chicken – was cooked but actually cold, like it had been sitting for a while. When we called, on hold for almost 5 min and we said hello they hung up. Will not be ordering form this Pizza Hut again.

Today’s order from the Pizza Hut located at 210 N Custer Rd, Suite 160, McKinney, 75071, was horrible. We have ordered from here before and it was never less than 5 stars. Today’s veggie lover pizza felt like it was not even fresh out of the oven. There were barely any tomatoes, barely any onions and both the onions and the banana peppers were all dried up. Bell peppers were missing. We even found a few crumbs of meat, which looked like either chicken or meat ball, hard to tell. Very Disappointed. We cannot believe that this Pizza Hut store has fallen to such low standards since our last visit a few months ago.

At the beginning of the pandemic, I have to say food delivery was a go to at least once a week and this location was amazing. The pizza arrived hot and it was placed in a bag so when left outside, my pizza box would not be on dirty pavement. The last 2 times have been ghastly and since my call was not met with politeness, I am posting this review.
I ordered 2 large pizzas, 6x original honey bbq wings and 6x lemon pepper. On previous order, I received all buffalo wings and the pizza was cold. This last order, the pizza was some hybrid thin crust that was dry and cold and looked like it was cooked days before. The wings were undercooked instead of the extra crispy I requested. I called and the young lady put me on hold then hung up. I filled out the survey and 3 days later nothing. I don’t even need made right at this point, just no longer a fan of this place.

Great service, sucky pizza.
Wow, what did they do to their dough? It tastes like cheap nasty bread. No seasoning in the sauce, not crispiness to the dough. You lost our weekly business.

So we asked for extra cheese and they gave us melted soggy undercooked pizza!!! Photo and proof is attached! Went online to do a review on their site but they do not include any survey code on the receipt which is why I had to post the picture of the receipt on Google!!! Their associates are not friendly either. I do not prefer to go there anymore.

I ordered spicy marinara and two toppings; cupped pepperoni and regular pepperoni. Judge for yourself from the picture, I did not get spicy marinara, nor did I get a second topping of cupped pepperoni.

I give it 2 stars :/ I’ve had stuffed crust pizza before from Pizza Hutt and today was such a disappointment! The pizza crust is extremely thin and isn’t even cooked well, besides it’s extremely greasy. I would not order from here anymore.
