My order was delayed because it was “being remade for quality”. The attached image shows what was delivered. The crust wasn’t even cooked all the way through. The cheese was so thick parts of it were actually cold.

I came in to use a coupon that I received from Pizza Hut Corporate and needed help adding it to app. The young lady was very helpful and the manager did a very good job on following topping request on the Super Supreme to the point. I asked for extra crispy and the slices were cut perfect. The service was A1, and pizza came out right on time. The employees are very friendly and welcoming when greeting as you walked through the door, happy smiles .

Tried the new pepperoni pizza crafted flatz. Nothing spectacular but not bad either. To me it’s just their regular thin crust pizza (which i already like) in a single serving but shaped differently than their original personal pan but offered at a FANTASTIC price point! 5 before 5p. I used a coupon for a large 3-topping pizza for $12, but when I tried to check out on the website, it wouldn’t let me complete the order unless my subtotal was at least $15—even though my total was already over $15 after tax and delivery fees. Because of this, I was forced to add a drink I didn’t want, making the coupon basically pointless.
When my pizza arrived, the delivery driver didn’t have the drink. I asked about it, and she told me to call the store. When I did, the store claimed the drink was sent out with the pizza, which clearly wasn’t true. So that essentially implies that the lady STOLE it! Despite this, they refused to directly refund the missing item.
So not only was I forced to spend extra money due to a misleading checkout restriction, but I also never received the item I paid for—and couldn’t even get a refund for it!
TL;DR: I do NOT recommend ordering delivery from this location. Carryout might be fine, but delivery resulted in wasted money and poor customer service.

This location is very underrated and underappreciated. The married couple that owns this location are awesome and definitely don’t take any crap from customers that try to manipulate their way into being cruel. That’s what I like about this place..the managers handle every situation with care and kindness and are always trying their best to make sure orders go where they need to. I also recently discovered that this specific location is mainly family owned with a few other employees. A big round of a plause for this couple for raising such nice daughters, because they definitely know how to treat customers.

The general manager of this store is so amazing! I had ordered during a dinner rush, and she and her team were very busy, but she made sure people got their food on time! I feel bad because on top of the rush, a lot of dashers were causing problems and cutting off people in line just to get to their order, but also complained that they didn’t want to write their phone number. I don’t understand why that’s such a big deal..but the team is awesome and very much under appreciated and definitely doesn’t deserve the rudeness of Dashers.
