Location sucked yearsss back. Like 2000s was when i last had it. Decided to give it a try again. Big mistake. Last week ordered the mini pizzas & one was raw. Ok i cut the raw piece out of pizza. Went again today for the kids & myself & my whole pizza was raw. How are you gonna give a uncooked pizza out even when i waited 25 min. Called to talk to someone since i like 15 min away & they answered and hung up. Very unprofessional, take your business elsewhere. No its not “ cheese” its literally uncooked dough i pinched all the pieces to check & its all raw.

The manager female tattooed and pierced black woman was sitting in the office when I entered to place an order. Another young lady was producing a pie! I stood there for a couple of minutes, while she placed pepperoni on a pizza. No one came to help me. I sat down for another 3 minutes! This is a takeout only location. They don’t tell you that on the website or on their app. Don’t expect to be able to walk in and get your pizza, they keep the doors locked. The only option is to drive around to their drive-thru window and get someone’s attention. There is no lighting in the parking lot and the building itself is away from everything so it looks very dark and does not look like they’re open for business. What a creepy feel.

I ordered a Chicago tavern pizza. First when I looked at the pizza when I got home. I seen the edges was burnt, so I wanted to give this Pizza Hut location a chance. So the first slice I ate was on the outside. It was very hard and tasted burnt too obviously. So I tried to eat the inside thinking it might taste better, nope still had the burnt flavor.

Spoke with the manager and the other coworker about them getting my order wrong order 2 large pizzas with stuffed crusted and I’m having a party I wouldn’t know until a family member told me and all the manager said it was my fault for not checking isn’t there job to check the order first before giving it to the customer really unprofessional

Every time I’ve come the workers are always friendly and making sure they give good customer service. I love the easy drive through window. The pizza looked good but was a little dry. Not enough sauce or cheese. I guess I could have asked for more. Try the chicken, bacon, and bell peppers
