Giving 5 stars just for the lady who did not compromise on the quality of the pizza and rather made it over again instead of giving a pizza she was not satisfied with.
I just picked up a 3-topping pizza for my kid’s school thanksgiving party, and was impressed with the great work ethic of this lady, not compromising her standard of quality. A rare thing in today’s world.
I was not particularly impressed with this place earlier but will return due to this experience.

I ordered 20 large pan pizzas for my daughter’s birthday, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The pizzas arrived right on time and piping hot. I had very specific instructions for how I wanted them cut—some square-cut, some double-sliced, and some just the regular way—and this location absolutely nailed it. Everything was exactly as I asked.
The whole process ran like a well-oiled machine, from placing the order to delivery. A big thank-you to the team at Pizza Hut for a job well done, and especially to the lady who took my order. I wish I could remember her name because she was fantastic!

Tonight was the 1st and will be the last time I order from here. Tried to save money and order from here instead of Dominos and I literally just out 26.00 worth of pizza and cinnamon sticks in the trash. The pizza crust was burned and the Italian sausage and beef were cooked hard like rocks. The cinnamon sticks were so dark and cooked so hard you could not bite them. This was the worse pizza and dessert ever. It’s awful to make and delivery this garbage to people. I am done with this place never again

I just moved to the area about a month ago, and the first time and only time I’ve eaten here I thought I was getting a certain amount of things with my order (family dinner box) according to the call center confirming. however after getting back home with my food I realized I did not get everything no worries though without argument and hassle Oralia & Angel, the GM, made the entire order again for my family. I was literally the last customer when I called them at the last minute for the replacement order, and still no arguments or hassle!! They’re true rock stars with class at this establishment, serving up perfectly prepared food with exceptional 5 star service!!

Pan pizza was not deep dish pizza looked more like hand tossed pizza crust. They did not know why the pizza today was not real deep it’s usually deeper than normal but today it wasn’t it came out as half a regular size pan pizza crust should be. Almost like the dough didn’t rise Enough.

I ordered a Supreme with extra cheese for carry out. Angel was great with prompt service. I got home to find I basically paid $25 for an onion and green pepper pizza with barely a trace of meat nor cheese. I ate a slice or 2 and threw it away. First time here.

I ordered cheese sticks and this is what I was given. Is it bread sprinkled with cheese on top?!?! SMH I don’t know who to blame for this, staff or the owner. My photo vs what was advertised on the website.

If I could rate 10 stars I definitely would in this case❤️ I just want to recognize the lovely GM who I happened to get when I’ve placed my order over the phone for my last few orders. She is by far the most professional, personable, kind spirited manager I have ever experienced. There was a blip with a delivery order that I had a couple months back and that manager on duty at the time, who was wonderful as well, remade the order and attempted the delivery once again which was successful that time. He also let me know that as a courtesy, he put a credit on my account for tye next time I had an order.
The GM, to whom this review is about is the sweet lady who took my order when I called back to place another order and redeem my credit. What I ordered was over the amount of the credit but she told me after reading the notes about the incomplete delivery incident that had happened prior, she decided that I didn’t have to pay over as appreciation for allowing them to correct the issue.
Now see..THIS IS WHAT YOU CALL EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE. I really enjoyed meeting her in person when I came in to pick my order up. What a gem. Give her a raise immediately ++++++

Where is the daam Premium Tomatoe Sauce. This type of mistake is not first time. And exactly for this region I stop ordering anymore from “Pizza huts”. Never and ever coming back again.
