I placed a timed order at 1:19pm for a personal pizza, cheese sticks (which I redeemed points for), 2 sauces and a 20oz Pepsi to be delivered to my job at 3:15pm. 4pm, no food. No call, text, or email to let me know about any possible delays. I thought maybe the delay was due to being busy, so I was willing to be patient for a while. When I did finally lose patience, it took me 4 calls & 2 holds to get in touch with an employee. I ended up canceling the order. If I could rate this location 0/5 stars, I would. The only reason I kept my cool is because I did this job (diff. pizza chain) for 10 years. They should’ve called me & let me know once 3:15 came & went. I went without lunch because of this display of incompetence.

They are hits or miss depending on the staff and the day customer service is very poor.The staff was very unprofessional cursing at each other lack of respect when customer is present. Management cannot control staff threaten to walk out on the Job her and her baby assuming shes pregnant. This is not the first time ive encounter rude and unprofessional at this location. Talking on cell phone while taking my order as they complain in frustration because they have to work. I will never go to this pizza hut again.

Pizza tastes great but Pizza Hut’s have started to make the crust 2-3 inches in length when it was always around one inch thick. This is just making the ingredients being out in a smaller area in the middle of the pizza.
