It’s a carry out location with mobile order pickup or in store order allowed. The staff is friendly and pizza was warm. The processing time could have been faster. The store is clean and the there’s ample parking available. They have onsite cold drinks fridges and sauces available on purchase.

Usually I don’t feel the need to write a review because any other time I order everything is good. They know what to do with pizza no problem. So lately I been receiving deals and tonight is Wing Wednesday. Buy one get one… Ok cool say less. I’ve tried the boneless honey bbq and bone in honey bbq a while back. Both were really good. I had the Lemon pepper another time and was ok but the seasoning was not on point but wings were still good and crispy like I like it. But tonight idk why I had a curious mind to try garlic parmesan. I think I wanted to try every flavor at least once. They look nothing like what they advertise online. They looked unappetizing actually. They came soggy drenched in a pool of clumpy garlic parm butter. Nonetheless I still tried them. They did not sit well with my stomach afterwards. My stomach cursed me out for not getting up and cooking my own meal. Now I’m scared to the other flavors…. So let this be a warning don’t even think about trying those garlic Parmesan wings. My other wings were not as fresh as they normally are either. Breading falling all off the Boneless Honey bbq… idk what happened tonight but please don’t hesitate to let me know how yall gonna make it up me

Horrible experience with this place. If I could give them 0 stars I would from how terrible the service was. Do not order here if you want an easy to make pizza they cannot seem to make. We ordered a large supreme pizza and a meat lovers pizza. We ended up getting a pepperoni pizza and a pizza with just mushrooms, sausage, and pepperoni (obviously not supreme or meat lovers). I went up there to ask for the right pizzas, and the lady at the front was so rude and told us “that’s not what you ordered”. Don’t waste your money or your time with this location. They’re rude and won’t even admit to messing up your order and will not fix their mistakes. Very disappointed with this location and will not be ordering again. Marcos pizza is better anyways.

So far so good. I have not had any trouble so far at this location of Pizza Hut. I have got my orders on time, cooked perfectly too. I would say that this is definitely one of the better Pizza Hut locations in this area. I have only had one problem and that was with a little bit hard bread sticks, but they weren’t bad, just a little hard for my taste. I would still go to this place.

So done!! All I wanted was a crispy pizza with easy sauce !! Ordered through the app because if you call they get it wrong too! What did I get? A soggy in the middle pizza because there’s (what seems to be) a whole cup of garlic parm sauce on it! I ordered LIGHT SAUCE!!! The manager says “well it didn’t come to us light sauce” me: well that’s what it says on my side.. how is it not getting to your side? He says well I can remake and send out to you.. No just credit it to my account. He said nope I can’t do that. I am h going to be, I have to be up at 230am.. I am not about to wait up again for another pizza! Done with Pizza Hut!! There are too many out there that will back their product and not argue with a dang online app order!

I’ve always ordered at this Pizza Hut all the time and my order would come out right and delivered right on time. I went to order online at 9:09pm it said delivery is 63-70mins so at around 10:25pm I was like ok I don’t mind waiting hoping it usually isn’t this long of a wait. Then I get the text at 10:00pm out for delivery ok cool it’s out. 10:25pm not here, 10:45pm it’s here but it’s not a thin crust and it’s missing pineapples.

Not a bad place during slow times, but when busy this place is absolutely terrible. The manager Scotty is more interested in running your credit card then giving you your food. Lots of options around, find something else, there are much better places
Gave these guys another chance and received Raw Chicken. No joke, ordered 8 boneless, delivered in 45, bit into one – see attached. My fault for giving them another chance. Don’t make the same mistake.

I placed a pickup order online and used Apple Pay. When I went to the store to pickup my order the cashier then asked me to use the keypad to finalize my order so that I could tip them. Since I was picking up my own to go order I didn’t feel that I had to so I declined a tip. When they gave me my order, I asked for Parmesan and Peppers and was told they no longer give it out for free and that I would have to pay $1 for a shaker of each. I don’t know what establishment decides that customers have to pay for condiments but that is ridiculous. I don’t know if they were just annoyed that I wouldn’t tip them for the order or if that’s how Pizza Hut is now conducting business but regardless I will no longer be going to be this location.
Just be aware that they might get irate if you don’t tip them and try to charge you for condiments
