To the manager Patrick. Please read!!! I had a very strange situation happen with an order tonight. I ordered on your website for delivery because I am sick. I guess the store is short staffed so sometimes they have to use door dash drivers for delivery, which ended up causing my food to take over 1.75 hours. I spoke to, I believe their name is River? They were they manager on duty 10/22 at 7:30pm. They were WONDERFUL. They weren’t able to help me just due to the situation, they did everything they could and were very kind! So, 5 stars.

Ordered 2 large hand tossed pizza’s they were both so dry and I also got 15 boneless chicken wings and they were drenched in sauce to the point u couldn’t eat them with out wiping off sauce!!!

I placed an order online this evening (6-19-2022) for carry-out so my husband could pick it up on his way home from work. When I took my second bite out of my first slice, there was a piece of long hair baked INTO the pizza. I immediately got the hair out of my mouth, and grabbed the receipt to call the store. My husband called, and got thrown around from person to person, never being able to talk to the correct person. Finally he called the corporate number. The lady was helpful, but she didn’t offer money back, or offer to replace the order. We had to request our money back. She said that once their “investigation” is complete within 48 hours, someone would give us a call to let us know the status.. Needless to say, we’re very unhappy and don’t plan to order here again. Detroit Style Pizza with no sauce on it at all. Thanks for the meat and cheese bread it was better than the last time I ordered from here. Last time you left the cheese off my pizza. I asked for a refund that time and was told I had to call back on Monday when the manager was there or something ridiculous like that. This time I just won’t bother and won’t bother ordering again. This pizza would have been good if it was made right.. you know with sauce.

We have ordered pizza and all the extras that Pizza Hut has on their menu. We had such an excellent experience with the employees and our food, I wanted to share our experience. The food was piping hot. The toppings were edge to edge on our thin crust pizza. The place was clean inside and out. The gentleman on the phone was professional and pleasant. Also love using the app to gain points with every visit.
