I placed an order today for carry out.
Got home and noticed 2 of the toppings was not included on my order. I called t9 notifiy the store and was told sorry there was nothing that could be done. I had the opportunity to check my order before leaving. First of all is your job and good customer service to ensure orders are processed correctly. Great customer service is everything, please check your orders before you leave when you order from this store.

I stopped by today and tried to use the T-Mobile Tuesdays flatbread coupon. It showed correctly in the app but didn’t reflect at the store. The gentleman at the counter was extremely kind and helped me with a coupon instead, saying “If you are happy, I am happy.” Really appreciated the excellent service and kindness — thank you!

We ordered a three topping pizza and got three small pieces of ingredients on each slice and could not even taste the pizza sauce. I asked for extra sauce because I love the flavor won’t go back.

First time going to Pizza Hut in over 10 years. I ordered from them because my normal pizza place is temporarily closed. The pizza was burnt, and I ended up having to throw most of it in the trash. I will not be ordering from them again. What a waste of money.

I can say I hadn’t had an issue before when ordering delivery from here. That was until today when I received my P’ZONE along with my CINNAMON STICKS all in the same box. WHAT???? so, my P’Zone has cinnamon on it and my Cinnamon sticks have pizza grease. After spending $25 on my order to then receive it this way is not good.
I hope they will not do this to any one else in the future because who wants to eat pizza with cinnamon/sugar on it, and who wants to eat cinnamon sticks with pizza grease on it?
I didn’t think I had to put on the “special instructions” to keep all my items separate.
I will now think two -three times before ordering from this Pizza Hut.

I just went to this location today and paid for a stuffed crust pizza. My friend and I shortly realized it was plain crust. I called the restaurant to let them know and the cashier kept insisting that he knew it was stuffed crust and refused a refund. They didn’t offer a proper resolution and I will be escalating the complaint as I have video too

SCAMMED ! I had placed an online order of 4 large pizza for my kids birthday party using Pizza Hut app. Immediately after I placed the order, I realized I have to change the pickup time. I had called the Pizza hut store, which was my pickup location and the store changed the pickup time. Now, to my surprise, when I was at store to pickup the pizzas, I was asked to pay $95 but the online order I placed was of total $51.92. After confronting the people in the store, they reduced the price to $65.99 which is still more than what I was supposed to pay.
Since it was my kids birthday party and I had guests waiting, I had no choice than picking up those pizzas. But I felt I was Scammed by the store.

Got a pizza for delivery and was absolutely shocked at the unprofessional and immature service. Delivery driver came to the door and delivered the pizza (I would like to add that the delivery driver was a grown middle aged woman— not a teenager). I didn’t include a tip because I was charged a delivery fee and obviously I would assume the delivery fee would go to the driver. The driver then came back to my door after delivering the pizza to “thank me for the tip”. Absolutely unacceptable.
I’m sorry I don’t have extra money to shell out a tip to the driver. Money has been especially tight as of recently and this was supposed to be a treat for my children. It is not my problem that your company is too cheap to give you the delivery fee and I’m frankly shocked at this behavior from a fully grown woman. Ridiculous. Pizza was cold, will not be ordering from this location ever again.

This is hot & fresh? This used to be the best Pizza Hut with great pizza. The last 3 times I have ordered my pizza is overcooked verging on burnt, arrives Luke warm at best. I would definitely like to keep using this store but the cooks have got to be managed. No one wants to pay $20 for a pizza when A red Baron frozen pizza would taste better. They did send a replacement however so I’ll give them some credit. I’m never ordering again however

I placed on order on 4/30/25 at 11:55am, was given 12:35pm as my ETA. It was a rainy day, so I was aware my order would probably be late. At 12:50pm I attempt to call this location and I’m placed on hold for over 20 minutes and no one ever picks up the phone. I get a text notification at 1:20pm that my order will be arriving by 1:50pm. My order arrives at 1:58pm. My order was cold and it was wrong. They wanted to offer me a $25 credit when I spent $38.94. Also, when the location called me to check on this issue they were quick to hang up before I could answer, so I had to call them back. Don’t spend your money at this Pizza Hut location.
