Called the hut up one day andordered a pizza, as one would normally do. A gentleman by the name of Quinten answered the phone and pushed my order through as soon as the words came out of my mouth! The pizza was done faster than I could have ever expected! And when I got there the man that answered the phone stood at the counter with a smile on his face, he asked my name and handed me a pizza, not just any pizza, but one that was made with love and a careful hand. The pizza was hotter than asphalt on a hot summer day, and was as tasty as the ones gran gran made back in the day. Oh what a wonderful and delightful experience I had at this pizza hut! Special thanks to quinten for making it so incredible! If could rate more stars I would!

Placed order online for delivery and received the confirmation notifications. 10 minutes later I received another update that they sent my order to a 3rd party delivery service to make the delivery faster and more efficient. That in deed did not happen. An hour after placing my order which was originally supposed to be delivered with 25 to 30 minutes, my order was still is the preparing stage on my wait bar and I had to reach out in regards to what was going on. They ended up canceling the 3rd party delivery and within another 10 or so minutes our order was finally delivered. Food was warm, and taste was okay, but I think if a company is going to relay on 3rd party deliveries, they need to follow up to make sure the quality of service being provided is worthy of using for the customer they are choosing to use it for.

I have ordered from this location multiple times as I do not have many options. I never have a good experience with this Pizza Hut. Paper thin pizza And crappy service. This last time the delivery driver had posted that it was delivered 10 minutes prior to coming. I am extremely uncomfortable eating this pizza now, as I don’t know if it was dropped off at another house or somebody messed with it. The manager did not seem to care or offer any kind of resolutions. At this point, I would just want her to take it back. The overall lack of professionalism is concerning. Where Was my pizza for 10 minutes?

Ordered a pizza here last night around 7pm so they weren’t fixing to close. I got it delivered and when we opened the box there was a pinch of small black hairs on the pizza. You can use your imagination to where I’m guessing they came from. Will never order from a Pizza Hut again. Terrible experience

Pizza Hut has an online app that allows making orders online. The app shows this location is closed and making orders to be picked up isn’t available at this location. This has been an ongoing problem and the manager says he has no control over it. If I have to make an order by coming by or by phone I’ll go elsewhere.

Love the cookie and pasta but lately pastas been so drie online ordering messes up all the time I lose out on my rewards points that I use I order a lot from here always spend up to 50 dollars so there sites should be working or add my rewards points but they can’t do anything about that other then that they got bad at time frame delivery getting better
