Let me start with the staff is friendly and accommodating. We order often on the app and 3 out of 5 times the order is incorrect, however, they always try to fix it. In all honesty, the food is generally fresh, but I would rather drive to Ft. Or VB for something else.

I have been driving home and I ordered pizza to be deliver at 7:15pm because I was going to be home to get it from the delivery person but they decided to ignore the time what time I put to be delivered and told me my order is on way at 6:42 when I was not home. So I am not happy at all then I try to call them and explain to them I was not going to be at the house so I didn’t think about anything I asked them to leave it at the door but then the thing I didn’t realize like we couldn’t just bag put in a bag or something like it’s rain and put it at the door because there’s ants all over the place and I have ants all over the pizza all over my food. Not good Service my husband call them to talk to them told us it is our problem. But I have kids who is hungry and now I have to do something different just wasted all my money

The Roland pizza hut is the ABSOLUTELY the best place to get pizza!!! The bread sticks are perfect every time…. I have never waited more than 20 minutes ever for my orders… staff is so friendly and kind. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I drive an 18 wheeler so I wasn’t able to go back after I realized that the pizza was wrong but I ordered a three topping pizza. Only got a two topping pizza and the melt I ordered was dried out and hard and what pizza place on a togo order charges you a 1.99 per packet for red pepper or Parmesan … Update… About 2 hours after posting this review I was contacted by Pizza Hut. They felt bad for what happened to me and fully refunded my money for the problem. So I’ve changed my original review of two stars to four stars
