I’m a big wings lover — you could even call me a wings taster . I used to live in Nebraska, and I had a tradition of going to my local Pizza Hut to eat wings. Now that I’m in Oklahoma, I wanted to bring that tradition back.
Unfortunately, this time I was disappointed — not because of the place or the service. The atmosphere, customer service, cleanliness, and bathrooms were all fine, within the normal range.
The disappointment came from the wings. They were very small, smaller than usual. I’ve never been served wings this small at any Pizza Hut before. Because of their size, they were dry, had very little meat, and I don’t want to assume, but they seemed old. They were not appetizing at all.
I honestly ate them out of hunger and because I had been looking forward to this moment for a long time, which made the experience even more disappointing. Aside from that, everything else was fine.

I ordered delivery tonight, after the delivery time and no pizza, I called them and they told me that they tried calling me to tell me that they didn’t have a delivery driver. I seen that a local number tried calling me once, it came up as a spam number. They didn’t try calling again. If there is no delivery available then it should say on the app, no delivery available for this location. They should also try calling more than once, leave a message, something!?! I will not ever order from here again.

The worst service I ever got. Had a order delivered in August no problem everything was great tonight placed my order was told be here in 30 minutes an hour later no pizza . They finally call only to tell me they don’t deliver here. Now I have no food and no money to get any thing for supper. And I won’t get my money back for 3 to 5 days. Very angry.

Only problem I have is the fact that I buy anywhere from $30-$50 worth of pizza and cheese sticks Everytime I go here. You would think that we could get at least 4 ranch dressing cups on the house… .75 is a little high for that tiny cup of dressing also. Other than that my last visit to this pizza hut was fantastic. Pizza was made perfectly. Actually had pizza sauce and lots of toppings crust was perfect! I don’t know what they changed or who but this was the right step forward! Whoever cooked on Friday night they need a raise and an award!! Excellent work!!

It’s been about 3 years since we had pizza hut in Holdenville because it once was nasty. However we thought we’d give it another try because we heard it has new management. It was Amazing!! The best pizza hut pizza we have ever had. We will definitely be back for more.

I bought pizza on May 1st for my daughter’s birthday. All five pizzas were stale with no sauce. It was like the pizza was several hours old. The cheese pizza was so stale and dry it was not even edible. A complete waste of $100. Will not be ordering from here ever again. My sister said she has the same problem every time she orders from here. Pizza hut pizza used to be our favorite pizza but it has gone way down hill. We will be ordering from convenient store and getting hunts brothers pizza from now on. It’s hot fresh and has plenty of sauce.

Kinda disappointed. Our pizza is usually very good. Tonight we ordered online which is our normal way.. i ordered extra toppings. Instead I got light toppings. Our hand tossed was thin crust.. overall i would rate my pizza a 3 out 10.

Only once have I had to wait very long for my pizza. Now that the remodel is done it’s a very nice place to eat out at, as well. As far as Pizza Huts go, this one is not bad at all. (My 5 stars are relative to other restaurants like it, including other Pizza Huts. Of course there are better pizza places to eat at, but at this level the Holdenville Pizza Hut is great.)
