I would give the service less than one star if I could. I can’t rate the food because we were never waited on. In fact, the young lady working out front totally ignored us, and another couple that came in shortly after me and my husband. No menus, didn’t take a drink order…nothing. They weren’t busy either. There were two or three other tables, and they were done with their meals. My husband and I walked out along with the other couple, and no one seemed to care. Worst experience ever!!

Ordered a pizza and salad online ask for 1000 Island dressing with my salad when it gets here there’s no dressing so I call and they inform me they don’t have thousand Island. Do better Blackwell Pizza Hut.

The employees should take more pride in their appearance. Good attitudes would go a long way. They should be more consistent on ready time to avoid customers food being cold like ours was. It’s pointless to try to eat out when you get an order that isn’t hot at pickup. & then because employees look relatively gross and they stink, etc, you don’t want to go up and deal with them. They could do a whole lot better. It’s really just a waste of money and time.

Went to eat their yesterday and the waiter not only gave us 3 dirty plate but 5 dirty plates awe order the bacon cheese bread stick and no bacon!!! Almost $4 French fries hardy anything due better horribly not going back!!!!

Never usually have an issue here but today was a little slow totally fine they were a little busy with delivery orders. But the food was wrong got 2 pepperoni should have been 1 pepperoni 1 sausage the cheese breadsticks were half burnt and not flavorful..I should have checked before leaving but having to wait longer I just wanted to get home and I also never have an issue there

ESPECIALLY TO THE MANAGER FOR GOING OUT OF HER WAY TO SEE TO IT THAT WE HAD A BIRTHDAY CAKE AND CARD AND THEN TO RAY OUR SERVER, WHO DID an EXCELLENT JOB TAKING CARE OF US BEFORE SHE EVEN KNEW IT WAS A BIRTHDAY SURPRISE!

My delivery took 1 1/2 hours. I called the location after 1 1/2 hours of seeing my order in the oven icon. The manager said he should be at your house any minute. The pizza was cold. I requested blue cheese with my wings and the delivery driver had 1 for 12 wings. I asked him for more he said you did not pay for it. The pizza was ready long before. When the delivery driver came he had another pizza in his pouch.
