Gave me someone elses order, went to fix it. And they did not do anything? I work in food service so im usually pretty lenient and nice but these people seemed so bad at their job. Food was terrible. “Cheese sticks” tasted like plastic, pizza was just pizza. And the breadsticks were so bad im convinced they forgot to season them. Waste of 15$

The lady takin orders has no clue what she’s doing ran the card 5 different times. Then tried a different card then said we was broke an hung up on me. If she can’t do her job an know what the hell she is doing maybe she don’t need to be takin orders over the phone. An go back to pizza hut training camp cause she has no clue. I’ve ordered pizza from pizza hut from all over the country an never had a problem.

The only reason this got two stars is because the food was really good. I went to pick up from the window and the guy got visibly upset when I didn’t tip with my transaction. And slammed the window closed in my face while I was saying thank you. I will be going to dominos next time.

Got the Detroit Style Pepperoni and I’ve had it before from other Pizza Huts, this one barely had any pepperoni on it. Very disappointed, last time I ordered from this location I got very few toppings on a Supreme. I’ll never order from this location again.

Square a team that can cook pizza. I got the new Chicago style double pepperoni pizza and it looked nothing like the TV showed and it tasted undercooked and was not put together well at all. This is what mine vs the TV showed. Where is the extra pepperoni? I had put both types of pepperoni on this order. This should of been covered with pepperoni.

Tired to place an order over the phone the individual who answered the phone was unable to enter my number correctly after 3 minutes of trying to get him to do that I hung up and placed an order online. Same individual gave my food to someone else. The level of not caring at this Pizza Hut is off the charts. When I asked the guy if he doesn’t care he said “not really” then I unfortunately engaged in an argument with him. I am at fault for that

My son wanted pizza for a treat today for lunch. So, we decided to try out the Pizza Hut in town. We’ve lived here almost a year & had not tried it yet. I, personally, was pleased with our experience. Our food came out hot, fresh, & tasted good. Our server, Alma, was very attentive to our needs & friendly. We will likely frequent this establishment for summertime lunches!
