Since re-opening in a smaller location on Cherokee Street in Muskogee, I can understand new opening jitters going on. But I also understand that double checking orders against a receipt is also a must, so you do not miss anything and have an customer with a so-so or negative experience. Attached you will see pictures of my receipt and meal. In one picture there is one cheese container( there should be another one beside it, but it was not in the bag, and 2 marinara cups, but they were not in the bag either). The pizzas pictured were correct though. In this day and age, it is the little details that can be a deciding factor for customers. Always put your best foot forward, and remember people’s phones eat first. You want everyone to have a positive experience, and it is not always about the quantity you can push out, but also the quality and attention to detail with every order. I look forward to trying your establishment again down the road, and having an excellent experience then.

Landon was was rude, dismissive, and made the whole interaction feel hostile. While I was waiting, I could see them in the back of the store giving me dirty looks, which was extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. I felt unwelcome the entire time I was there. Customer service like this makes me think twice about coming back.I went yesterday on December 27th.

The lady up front with glasses was very rude and disrespectful to me over the phone. She didn’t seem interested in helping at all. I don’t want a response and won’t be calling back. Last time I went in to order she was nice, so I understand people have bad days, but when working in customer service, that shouldn’t matter.

We ordered a couple weeks ago, the deep dish super supreme was so delicious. No other pizza place makes deep dish so having a Pizza Hut is awesome! Last night we called in order as the online app and website weren’t working. The deep dish crust could’ve been cooked longer. It wasn’t crunchy. Overall, they put tons of ingredients on their pizzas which is wonderful. Dominoes puts very little. All employees we have talked to or encountered have been very nice and courteous. We only have used delivery and they have been great. The pizza gets here at the time they tell me. Sorry no pic, we devoured it quickly. I wished they would send out coupons. I would order more if I had a coupon. I’m so happy Muskogee has a Pizza Hut again!!! Give them a try.

The pizza was delicious, made the way we ordered it. Our driver Jonathan Hensley was thoughtful, made sure the house was correct and asked where to put it when he arrived. He was polite and thoughtful. We will definitely order again.

Was ahead of schedule on the ETA. Good was fresh, hot, and delicious. Had specific orders due to allergies and they did not disappoint. Great job on the work staff tonight! Y’all did so awesome

I can’t compliment on the food as I was delivering it to another person but the wait was terrible. Had to pull around and wait 10 minutes or more then was asked to park and waited another 10 ro 15 minutes. The staff was not necessarily friendly either..maybe they were having an off evening but my experience as a delivery driver was not efficient to the standards of customer service.
Update- since my last review the wait times have improved and the staff is very nice. The girl I interacted with this evening was very sweet. Still can’t say much about the food as I only deliver for pizza hut but it always smells amazing. 3/24/24
