I would leave less stars if it were possible! My husband and I ordered pizza from this location, definitely not our usual one, my husband handed the girl his debit card to pay, she took it, handed us a clipboard to sign their copy. We got our pizza and my husband asked for his card back, and she kept saying she handed it to him on the clipboard. We searched everywhere, we did not have it, needless to say they never found it, so he ended up cancelling that card. This was such bad customer service for them to not hand the card directly back to us, we will never be back!

Hate this place. Dirty, buffet food left out too long, staff is rude, and manager doesn’t talk. Even worse at night.
Please just order from the NW location, it’s the same owner, so they should care.

i placed a takeout order last night, they told me it would be 15 minutes for my things. i arrived about 10 minutes early knowing i would have to wait. very poor service on the phone, yelling at the mangers asking if they had the thing i was asking for and asked him if they could even make a takeout. i arrived early to add a 2 liter to my order, didn’t charge me for the pop and gave it to me with pizza sauce on it. young lady in the drive though didn’t even talk to me other than to get my payment. very bad service experience and the food was not great either, even forgot some parts of my order as well. do not eat here! if you what pizza hut go to the one on opposite side of town!

I was charged twice for my meal then the supervisor “Dwayne” promised that my money would be back in my account by the morning or I could come to the store and get my money. My money was not in my account this morning and I proceed to visit the store to get my money. They couldn’t help me I still don’t have my money just empty promises. On top of all that the first time I had called to tell them I was charged twice Dwayne said I don’t believe you and made me drive back and show him my bank statements. After that he admitted to charging me twice and wasted an hour of my life trying to think of an excuse and then gave me the empty promise of my money being back by the morning. And also saying I could get it at the store if not in my account by the morning. They told me to wait another 24 hours didn’t offer any refund or anything to compensate for the trouble or time wasted not including the 30 min drive I’ve made twice.

Fantastic lunch buffet that reminds me of the 90s Pizza Hut buffet days. They do a great job of keeping the buffet stocked during lunch and Josey provided fast & friendly service especially with how busy it was.

I ordered a Cheesesteak wrap on the app, and picked it up in the drive thru. The employee was friendly and courteous. When I got it home, the crust was very dry and overcooked. Other than that, it was ok.

So disappointed this evening. After placing my order for pick up I send my daughter to get it. When she gets home I realize they never gave her my sandwich so I call them and tell them that I would like a fresh one and the girl said “we can put one in” and then hung up on me. My daughter goes back and picks it up to bring back a cold sandwich with hard bread . This is not okay. It was their mistake and I was not being rude or unreasonable.
