I ordered at this location on Feb 4, 26, at 9 am, right as it opened. I just got off a 12 hour shift, and I’ve been awake for a good and proper 23 hours right now with no sleep.
I have never had such a friendly, welcoming, amazing experience at a freaking pizza Hut before this! I was helped by an white bald elderly gentleman, and he was SO KIND!!! GENUINELY! He called me ahead of time to let me know how long the order would be, he thanked me for my patience, and he had the warmest, most endearing smile at every point of engagement. I could hear the smile in his voice over the phone!
I really appreciate that at the end of a long day. It really brought a comforting, wholesome vibe that I really needed.
Thank you, elder. You made me smile more than the great food did. Everything was well seasoned, I had all my toppings, it was perfect. I’ve truly, never had a better pizza hut experience. I’ll definitely come back.

Ordered two pizzas with original marinara sauce and received two pizzas with zero sauce. Called the store and they offered to give me a refund if I brought the wrong pizzas back or make me two new pizzas and deliver them to me. I agreed to have them make me two new pizzas and deliver them. Once delivered, the two new pizzas had all sauce and zero cheese and only God knows what else. All 4 pizzas were inedible and I still don’t have a refund for having paid $35 for pizzas no one in my family could eat. Terrible experience to say the least.

There has only been 1 time I’ve gone to this restaurant and got a hot and fresh pizza and friendly service and that was with the day manager. Once again Pizza last night 8-30-24 was burnt, tasted like it has been made for another customer that didn’t pick it up and it sat under a heat lamp. I picked up pizza because I didn’t want to cook and since this pizza was no good I was up until 11pm cooking something for dinner.

The longest-running, worst pizza franchise I have ever experienced. I’ve lived all across the US, loved Pizza Hut in SO MANY places. Unfortunately, this franchise owner does NOT care about the product put-out by any of their stores in the Tulsa area.
Improper baking, unsanitary prep (I’ve gotten sick from this specific location more than once, attempting to review their food options), poor customer service and a bevy or other issues plague this franchise owner’s stores.
In Tulsa, for less expensive, higher quality pizza in this price range I’d go with Papa John’s, or, do yourself a favor and try Savastano’s. You’ll get an epic pie for about $20. You won’t regret it. Don’t shop Pizza Hut in Tulsa, they will let you down on EVERY, SINGLE, ORDER.

So my son ordered the ultimate pizza from this location. When it arrived it was cut up like toddler food, into multiple little pieces it had a cracker like crust and I definitely wouldn’t call that a large pizza.
We ended up ordering another pizza from dominoes because pizza huts pizza was a joke!! Barely any toppings or cheese on it . DISGUSTING Pizza Hut

Sat in the drive thru for almost 3mins while the man was in there talking to another co-worker before he finally decided to open the window so I could pick my order up the pizza was HORRIBLE barley any cheese the bread was doughy asked for light sauce they caked it on there and the wings they literally poured the BBQ sauce on it and they were disgusting I will not go back to Pizza Hut needless to say as a kid we use to go all the time but now I see why they fell off because it is so not the same anymore sad because I use to choose them over any pizza place
