I see and hear multiple complaints about Pizza Restaurants across the city. I am afraid you are wasting your time if you are not going to Pizza Hut on South Peoria.
We consistently have a great experience.

I will not be returning to this location again.
On my first order, our food took over an hour and a half to arrive. As a result, we were issued a credit for the amount spent. About a week later, I placed another order using that credit and included a large pizza. The online tracker showed the pizza was still in the oven, but after 45 minutes with no update, I decided to call the store.
I was then informed that on a Friday night at 7:00 PM, they were out of dough for large pizzas and had canceled my order. I was told they attempted to call twice, but I never received any calls or voicemails. When I asked to place the order over the phone instead, I was told I could not use my coupon or receive the complimentary breadsticks that were part of the original order.
I requested to speak with a manager and was informed that the person I was speaking with was the manager. At that point, I felt there was no resolution being offered.
I would like my credit refunded to my original form of payment, though I am not optimistic that will happen. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location to others.

Pizza Hut I know you’re busy but that’s not an excuse to rush through slicing a pizza. How I am supposed to share a pizza with people if the slices aren’t slightly close to even? Unruly and quite frankly down right embarrassing.

Ordered a personal pan pizza and boneless buffalo wings as part of their $6.99 deal. The pizza had 2 toppings(beef and jalapenos) and was good. Wings were not upto the mark. Still it is worth the price.

I ordered and paid for extra sauce and extra cheese and half of my pizza was crust with no sauce and a tiny bit of cheese. Needless to say, I only ate half of it. I had to throw out the other half. Don’t come here unless you want to waste $20 (with the tip I gave when I paid/prior to picking up the pizza). I didn’t pay for crust.

Second time isn’t, Janet I think was her name took my order tonight I asked for chicken/bacon parm and a meat lovers here what I got Second time around. Hi so this is the worst pizza hut in tulsa…. im a doordasher and I had an order to pick up it was supposed to be ready to pick up by 5:15 it wasn’t ready I sat there for 20 minutes and one of the employees decided to reassign my order to another Dasher. Because I was on the phone.

I will no longer be patronizing your business. This evening was an absolute disaster. I stood in your lobby for 2.5 hours waiting on my food. When I asked for some sort of compensation I was met with a rude comment from your employee. I ordered 4 personal pan pizzas all with 1 topping. I got 4 individual slices of cold cheese pizza, no toppings.. Top it off I ordered cinnamon sticks and got sticks with nothing on them, just bread? I’m sorry you guys were overwhelmed but this is ridiculous.
