If I could give 0 stars I would I write a lot of restaurants? I go to in most of them. All have good reviews ever placed. Actually ever been has mainly nothing but good reviews. But but if you want pizza and I mean good tasty mouth watering pizza that you wanna go back to every time you order, I would rather go to Casey’s. Or mazzios because.
Pizza hut’s pizza the one in skiatook sucks, it’s cold nasty The taste of the dough tastes like it’s been setting out for days they don’t reimburse you, if it does taste like that and on top of that, they can’t even keep employees and the ones that they do have there are rude obnoxious. And does not give a care about anyone but themselves.So if you want bad Pizza and you don’t care what it tastes like, then go there, it’d be perfect, but if you actually want good Pizza, go to Casey’s or mazzios And if you go to pizza hut in skiatook you’d be disappointed. I don’t know what you actually get. They should just close it down. Well, that’s my 2 cents your turn. Don’t forget to make sure you have an hour or 2 to wait if you order 2 or more pizza

Every time I come and the assistant manager is there I know everything is going to go smoothly, always a friendly face and greets every customer with a smile and the best energy. The assistant manager is the reason why I drive the distance I do for good service, a great customer service representative and great food!

WHEW! This place is a hot mess. Part of my order was missing. Had to wait for them to cook it. Paid for ranch because wings doesn’t come with any….. they forgot to give that to me, too.

This establishment doesn’t seem to look at special instructions such as “CUT INTO SQUARES PLEASE” the last order we picked up was cut into squares and slices! Please just learn to look at specific instructions and cut the pie into squares if requested. Thanks!

The employees are so rude. The food is good. I wont be back. When you try to address a something with a manager, they brush it off like its no big deal. Half of my pizza was laying on the other half. See pictures. They didnt even offer anything to fix it.

We didn’t receive our pizza for 2 hrs past the time when it was supposed to be ready. We were in the drive thru line for 2 hrs. Our pizza was supposed to be ready close to 5pm. We got to the window at 4:45. We had to call at 5 because no one came. Then the lady we spoke to came over and said she just put it in the oven the lady that was supposed to work the window was not doing a good job. I asked how long she said she didn’t know so we went and got a drink and came back and got in line. The person that was behind us in line was now at the window and refused to leave until their order was ready ( they were honking and cursing) finally at 6:45 we pulled up to the window. I watched 4 different employees thru the window but no one acknowledged us. At 7pm(2hrs later now) I slide the window open and said “hello” finally a woman came and I told her I know our pizzas were ready they went in the oven at 5 & were now probably cold. She got us our pizza. I told her the least they could do would be to acknowledge people at the window and explain the situation and that would go a long way compared to ignoring us. She said they had 4 new employees that night plus one with some experience and another one just came in plus they had an employee sabotaging them that she had to send home. I’m most upset about simply being ignored even through the manager lady (heavy set woman I believe to be mgr) looked at us twice but never spoke to us at all. The food wasn’t compensated so we paid full price for three pizzas that were two hours late and the worst customer service I’ve ever had at this location.

I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut. 15 minutes later it’s at my door. I pay open the box. It’s completely not cooked. The dough is raw. I call them. They put me on hold. I try for 1.5 hrs to get them to answer & replace my pizza. They would not pick up the phone. Just left me on hold. So after almost 2 hrs I called my credit card company & disputed the charge. Since they don’t care about their customers, they will care about their money. On hold all that time with that recording yelling ITS PIZZA TIME. Never will I use them again. It was so raw it was gooey. Floppy gooey. Disgusting. Beware of this place. They don’t care about their customers!!!
