It’s not true they do not deliver in Nowata. They never deliver!!! You go to the app select delivery then pay for it just to watch it changeover to carry out during the paying process which is absolute bullshit just because there isn’t a driver even though I thought I was paying for convenience but was lied to by the app. Why even give the option!!!!

Stopped here for a late lunch with some of the kids today. Got the Hawaiian Chicken and a Meatlovers both large. It was good Pizza Hut Pizza. Plenty of meat toppings, but could always use more cheese. Apparently this small store it struggling, they had no fountain drinks, everything was in a 2 liter or 20 oz bottle. Missing urinal in the bathroom. So no real complaints, the service was pleasant, the pizza was good. But no wow factor.

To Earl B. They can’t deliver to places like that due to safety policies but if you have been by there you would know that the lot there is big enough to pull your truck in. To me it sounds like you have never been there. I suggest giving that Pizza Hut a try. They may even offer you a discount for your service and the inconvenience. They will even bring it out to your truck for you if you are not able to get out of the cab due to your disability.

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The crust was delicious and the pizza baked perfectly! We hate underdone pizza and this was excellent. They will have our business again in the future!

Got there at 11:30 for the buffet and it was not ready. The salad bar was scarce at best and was left over from the night before and was not even wiped down. There was a plate covering a hole, that should be a pan. The product was not fresh and according to the FDA the product is good for no more than 3 days. The steam table was uncovered since before 11:30 and was filled with lime scale. The table should remain covered until food is placed in it to maintain safe temperatures. The safe holding temperature for pizza is 140 and it was not even close to that temperature when it was put out. I have my safe food handling license so I am required to know this information. I would even question if the steam table is even operating correctly. The lady working was very polite and on top of things, however her hair was falling over her shoulders while she was handling food and when she changed out the salad bowl, at our request, she reused the same serving utensils. The tables were dirty and there was no parmesan cheese, all the containers on the tables were empty. There was food on the shutters and at least one, at the booth that we were at was not secured to the wall. The salt and pepper shakers on the tables were filthy.
