I have spent my last dime with this Pizza Hut! I placed an order online that included cheese bread sticks. There was not a way to modify the bread sticks to omit parmesan cheese because there is an allergy on our household. I opted to call the store directly and the female I spoke to said no problem, I have it taken care of. Fun fact, it was not taken care of! We got our order 30 minutes after expected delivery time with bread sticks full of Parmesan cheese. No, I didn’t call back to ask for another order or a partial refund because that would have been about the 10th time I would have had to make that call. I am so tired of one simple request not being paid attention to. I stopped ordering from them for a while because of this same problem and mistakenly gave them another chance. This was their last chance. I am tired of ordering food that I can’t eat and throwing money away. If you have any kind of modification to your order, you should steer clear of this Pizza Hut. They won’t get it right, whether it’s a health issue or not!

If I had the ability to give zero stars I would. Very disappointed. Ordered online for carry out, waited 25 mins and was alerted that my order was ready. Show up to the store and still had to wait 10 mins just to be told that my order is not complete because they “forgot” to finish my order. Haven’t had Pizza Hut in a long time, thought to try again and was reminded why I stopped ordering from Pizza Hut in the first place.

This place wasnt too bad the majority of the staff was nice and friendly except for that one staff she must have been having a bad day. The rest of them were nice and everything the lady staff that helped me and my son was super nice and friendly the place had a nostalgic atmosphere. My 4 year was happy to have extra cheese.

Horrible pizza.. got a stuffed crust.. opened the box and first impression was gross!!! Crust was bland not the pizza hut favorite blend of herbs and parmesan.. toppings was in piles not nicely and neatly spaced and sprinkled.. limp and very thin almost doughy crust under the toppings. Greasiest pizza ive ever gotten.. i dont know the cause but this is my norm at home and its a night a day difference.. this pizza went in the trash.. headed to subway.. atleast the breadsticks was good.

Unfriendly staff this time around. They wouldn’t deliver my pizza for one and they skimped on the pepperoni and extra sauce. I have trouble believing this was a double pepperoni that I was presented, but the lady said it was so it must be.

The deals and coupon they apply. You have to be very careful with because they extra/overcharge you for everything at 23.69 mealdeal ended up being 47.88 and they still charge you more for everything else they can no wonder why they don’t get Business and suck! Wings are small also what has the USA become overpay for everything for very little quantity and quantity.
