On the road, didn’t know what was around, this came up so I thought i would try it again. Not impressed. The pizza was poorly put together, crust was unimpressive, amount of toppings was less than expected. Overall not a good impression from under trained CSRs, to hard to use online ordering, impossible to pay online, and pizzas that were not tasty enough for me to return.

September 13th 9:03pm, the weekend of the Rogers County Fair. My wife and I decide to dine in here for the first time (we live in claremore). As we got out of our truck, an employee was coming outside locking the doors. The website said they don’t close until 11pm. There was no one in the parking lot. The girl told us they close the lobby at 9pm. So on a Saturday night you’re telling me the lobby closed at 9 pm? On a rogers county fair weekend at that. I will never spend my money here again. What was once a 90s memory is now an establishment I wish would die for good! Lazy employees might have to clean up after people.

Take out was our choice for the evening. The pizza & breadsticks were delicious, as always! The stuffed crust is my favorite! The service was polite & friendly as well!

I just wanted to say that I am speechless after tonight’s order from pizza hut my food was spot on hot and fresh when it got to my house and it only took like 20 minutes to get here. The chicken wings were steaming hot when I opened them and the pizza was hot and very fresh, kudos to the crew there tonight and the manager this experience tonight made me believe in pizza hut again.

HORRIBLE. Driver had a flat and order was almost an hour late. Food was cold and soggy. They called me like 10 minutes after my order was supposed to arrive to let me know the driver had a flat and it would be another 20-30 minutes before it would arrive and I expressed my concern of it being cold on arrival. He advised that I call back if that was the case and they would either remake the order or give me a credit for my next order. About 20 minutes after that call, I called to get an ETA on my order and was on hold for over 15 minutes and then my order arrived, LATE, COLD AND SOGGY. And no one ever answered my call and at that point it was less that half an hour before they closed. HORRIBLE experience. Cold, Late, SOGGY food, no one answering my call, ABSOLUTELY NO APOLOGY FROM ANYONE during the whole experience. I also had used some of my Hut Rewards Points, which were wasted as well and being out of pocket for the order. It was a disgusting and disgraceful experience. I only gave the 1 star so I could leave a review. It didn’t even deserve THAT star.
