We placed an order and picked it up. For some reason, when we got home, the order was wrong. They put pepperoni pizza instead of supreme, not to mention that’s extra money. They expect you to go back to the store after they made a mistake. They don’t even compromise until you say something.

When we entered the facility, we were not greeted and when we left, we were not spoken too either. The Pizza we ordered was freshly prepared and tasted like Pizza Hut pizza. However, when they brought the pizza to our table, they did not offer us paper plates. As we were eating, we witnessed an employee eating and talking upon her cell phone while taking pizza out of the oven. We also found a strand of hair on our spatula.

They gave my order to someone else.

I was the only one in the store. They had 4 employees clearly working. One walking around d and eating. Probably eating my order. Half an hour later, they started scrambling because they couldnt find my order, and asked if I could wait 10 more minutes, then eventually said they don’t have it and if I could wait a little longer for them to make my order. Could have just been a bad day, but that was a lot of employees standing around, and one eating, to somehow lose a cheese Pizza. Good luck I guess.

Normally it’s an hour plus to get my pizzas delivered and they’re typically luke warm. However today was a different story. I don’t know what has changed but today was amazing. I ordered through the app and had piping hot pizza, pasta and wings at my door within 30min. This was phenomenal. Plus my delivery driver was very polite and had a huge smile. It’s the little things that count! Keep up the good work, the crew tonight needs a raise!

We have given them so many chances but every time it is so bad we end up throwing it away it taste so old I just dont know how they stay open. We can drive to Pie Hole pizza down town Tulsa and take it to go all the way home to coweta and still is the best pizza ever But they are closed on Sunday:( Really need to get a manager in there to make sure dough is made fresh or need to get ppl that have pride in there work. I told him even $5 greesy Little Ceasers is worth it rather than spending $22 on that which is over priced. So dissatisfied. Truth all the way

I placed an order through the Pizza Hut app at 8:35. It showed that the delivery would be at 9:05, my order got picked up by DoorDash (which I was unaware that they used DoorDash for delivery) at 9:20,and delivered at 9:25. Our food was still warm, but could tell it had been sitting under a heat lamp for an extended period. I could have ordered it through DoorDash and gotten it cheaper and faster, but I wanted to support the drivers at Pizza Hut. The quality and service have beyond tanked since COVID. Everyone in my family was disappointed that it took so long and the quality of the food. I spent $80 on pizza, bread sticks, and wings. From now on I’ll go to Walmart and buy frozen pizza, wings, and bread sticks to make at home that will cost a fraction of what I spent, and be straight out of the oven.

The service industry is gone! You can’t go in the door but there’s nothing that tells you how you’re supposed to pay for your food or what the process is. You finally figure out you have to drive through but if you were planning on using the restroom forget about it you didn’t pay for that. They use the excuse that they don’t have enough people for their lobby to be open. One of the managers told me they almost doubled the revenue when they close down the lobby so I’m not sure they have motivation to hire people to provide the ones good service that they used to have.

This pizza hut has some of the best employees out there! This one is s for their employee Kelli though. I tried to order online and it processed through my card , but not the app. so my funds were put in pending, but my order didn’t submit. I called to find out why and what I could do because I only had enough for the order and now it was in pending mode making it unavailable. Kelli took my order and bought my order herself! Such an amazing heart felt gesture! She really went above and beyond! Thank you so kindly!

This Pizza Hut has great pizzas (hence the 2 stars). The reason it only gets 2 stars is because whoever owns it is cheap and refuses to follow the corporate deals and all of the other stores in town. $10 Large in South BA? LOL not at this one. $7 deal lovers menu breadsticks option? Nah, not here (but you can if you drive an extra 10-15 minutes). Even if they do have a deal on their app for once, sometimes they just turn off app orders completely or forget to make your food. If you manage to get food from here it is always hot, fresh, and delicious. But I am sick of them opting out of Pizza Hut coupons essentially or making it impossible to order. After trying to find a deal on their app for 20 minutes and none of them working (they do if I change locations!) I just decided to go pay the exact same amount as I would’ve without the deal to Papa John’s.

Super disappointed. I just ordered over an hour ago. It took over $65 out of my account and they said they never received our order. The guy that was working called his gm and she explained that our money would be added back to our account. She was very nice and said that it would be fine that they remade our order since it was almost 30 minutes til they closed. After we got off the phone with her the associate seemed very hesitant on making our meal and made it seem like it would be a very big deal. It was 2 pizza and 8 wings. So we took our business elsewhere. It’s very frustrating because I’ve always worked in the food industry and would always make things right for my customers. That is obviously not the case here and I will not be back.
