As we were passing through we stopped in for the buffet. It ends at 1:30 PM. About 1:30 PM come more people or not, NOTHING else is put out. The PIC MADE THAT CLEAR. Salad bar was typical and satisfactory. I guess it’s been forever since I stepped foot inside a PH. It was clean and well maintained.

Stopped in on a Wednesday for a carryout lunch. I wanted to try one of the new PIZZA hut melts. It’s like a thin crust pzone. It was ok. Kinda messy. It was fairly greasy on tje outside. I probably won’t order one again, too much of the inside stuff falls out while eating it. The restaurant location, staff etc were all good.

The pizza is fine. Nothing special. Wish they had better deals, but it seems to be close to other pizza prices. I bet they would be much busier if their quality was much more consistent. It seems to be random on what your pizza looks like when it comes to you.

Very poor customer service and communication at this location. I had placed an order online for delivery and about 15 minutes later received a phone call from a young lady letting me know that they only had one delivery driver and it might take a little longer. While she was telling me that, the delivery driver got back to the store and picked up my order. I was grateful she let me know because there are many businesses that are lacking in staff so I understood the time issue. I figured it would take awhile since they might have had extra orders to deliver, so I waited about 45 minutes. My husband still hadn’t received the order I placed, so I called the location. The automated system said my order had already been delivered, so I waited to speak to someone at the restaurant. I was told that they had to cancel the order due to the driver not being able find the address. This was a hotel address, not a home address. Not had a single problem with any other deliveries since he has been there. I never received a phone call asking directions or to even let me know there was an issue. His explanation was because they had other orders to deliver. That is unacceptable to say to a customer for the fault of the restaurant and staff. Now it is late and hard to find anything open. Just really disappointing service.

Went on a Sunday evening at 6pm just passing through. The pizza was great the wings we sent back for more sauce… while they did add some sauce they were still kinda “dry” food was good service was friendly. Not one other person came in so we were the only ones the whole time.

Wish I could give a 0 star. I ordered a pizza. Told the guy on the phone that I needed a receipt because I was paying with a card. When the delivery guy came (who was very nice), he didn’t have a card reader. He calls the office. I give the guy my card number over the phone 4 times. He could not get his card machine work. I told him that I was traveling through. I’m staying at a hotel, i dont have cash. He makes the delivery guy take my pizza back. I guess it’s Burger King tonight. I will NEVER order from this place again if I’m in town.
