Picked up a pizza that was supposedly fresh out the oven and being cut when I got there. Just to drive a couple blocks to my house and find that the pizza looks and tastes like it’s been sitting out for over an hour. This isn’t the first time either. I’ve only had one good pizza from this place so I’d recommend going elsewhere

The marinara pasta was barely covered with sauce and when I wanted to replace she tells me about policies and 1 cup per pasta bull. I waited 10 minutes and the second pasta was perfect. No customers wants to eat crunchy noodles.

When we tried to tell them the bathroom had feces on the ground they replied with “it is a bathroom” and proceeded to walk away. The pizza was soggy and they gave no marinara sauce with the bread sticks either. The customer service was over all awful and the employees kids were all over and yelling loudly.

The pizzas come with about 1/2 Cup of meat on the whole pizza. I am so disappointed everytime I order. I know I am not getting my money’s worth on ingredients on these high priced pies. They look nothing like the pictures you display on your site. I am looking into opening my own pizza place just because of this!!!

Desperately need more help! One young lady trying to wait all tables. Waited an hour and found out our pizza wasn’t being made yet. I love Pizza Hut, it’s my favorite, but finally went to Golden Chick to get some food. Poor girl, she was trying. Hopefully the manager can hire some more help!
