I had an excellent experience at Pizza Hut thanks to Chris, the manager. From the moment I walked in, he made sure everything ran smoothly and that customers felt welcomed. Chris was attentive, professional, and truly went above and beyond to ensure great service. It’s clear he takes pride in both his work and his team, and that makes a huge difference. Ordered delivery!!! Had to call the care center couldn’t hardly speak English! Got food went to eat found a black cooked hair!!! Called back and the manager said she would give money back was rude and hung up on me! I didn’t get mean she was just rude! Every pizza or anything else I’ve gotten over the last two years has been really the best Pizza Hut food I’ve ever had. The delivery service has been top notch and the food has been truly exceptional. The manager was concerned when I was upset about an order once but when I thought they had made a mistake it was all me and I was so impressed with her ability to let me not feel bad for that so it’s important to me to take the time to tell anyone that’s interested, this is my go to place for reliably tasty pizza perfectly cooked every time and delivered to me hot and amazing.

As a former employee of pizza hut back in the late 90s early 2000s pizza hut pizza has always been my favorite, as long as it’s hot and fresh. Getting pizza delivered is tricky it takes good food prep timing along with delivery timing and there are always the factors of how many delivery drivers and how busy the restaurant is but being a former cook, waiter delivery driver and management position I know that it is possible it just takes leadership that has passion for detail. My experience was not bad from pizza hut in Enid ok, I am now a truck driver and stopped in for the night and ordered delivery, from order time to delivery was acceptable but my bread sticks felt tasted like they had been under a warmer for awhile, a little tough and not very hot and fresh, my pizza was good, it could have been a little warmer but it was acceptable. Overall my experience and food was good it just wasn’t quite the hot and fresh I love from pizza hut.

Normally a good experience. Last night we pulled into the drive through, no-one came to the window, after 5 minutes I went inside to find nobody up front and the music was so loud nobody could hear the drive through buzzer. Pizza was sitting in the warmer, already ready.

I love going to pizza hut’s drive thru they are always so friendly. We go there so often that we just give them our name and our order pops up they ask if we want our usual we simply say yes, takes only 15 minutes and we get our order along with plates silverware and napkins. I highly recommend Pizza Hut.
