Went in, the guy at the counter said he was the only one there. He said to go ahead and be seated but didn’t know when he could take our order. Waited 45 minutes, no order. Finally left and ate elsewhere. The guy at the counter never looked our way. We were the only patrons eating in. Seriously, only one employee on duty? This one’s likely closing. Such a shame. Used to be good.

Ordered on line and it didn’t go thru….call the store, no answer. Call store again, no your order didn’t go thru…….Ordered on-line again extra sauce on pizza is the only thing I really ask for.
Mine doesn’t even have light sauce and is completely dry after about 5 minutes. Even though the competition is way more expensive, it will be worth it the next time I get pizza

Not only did it take over an hour for a delivery they said would be ready in about 20 when I got my food the chicken on my sandwich was completely raw! Which I didn’t know until I already ate two bites! Beyond livid

Love Hobart pizza hut. But today dine in was not great my chicken Alfredo was waters bread was hard. Cold in the place. Don’t know if I will try it again. Hopefully they’ll get it together soon. Service was okay

Well. Looks like even with some random facelift and alleged new management, this restaurant is an absolute #$*%&%ng train wreck. What a joke. Guessing the owner should shut the building down and find someone to run it that actually want’s a successful pizza joint.
According to Google Maps, the locations Facebook Page, the Pizza Hut website, Yelp, and TikTok, The store claims their dining room is open until 11pm… Awesome. We go in at 10:20 to an empty seating area on a Saturday night and told “we like to close at 10:30 so we can clean the dining area”.
We go back outside to make new friends with a half a dozen other people who also learn that the employees don’t want them to eat in the “opened” restaurant either. We laughed and joked about it since this locations issues it is nothing new to any of us locals.
As most of us locals know, this place has had epic drama in the past many years it has been open, with the newest “manager” boasting online two months ago on Facebook that things are going to be different this time around… epic fail.
Not sure if they should just close the store and find owners that are interested in creating an actual profitable pizza joint, or that location only offers UberEats and other delivery services. Avoiding interaction with the public would be a better option at this point…. or just change your hours online to something that caters to the employees better, since they are the most important aspect of any small business.
Well looks like PH is closing it’s dinging rooms nationwide and opting to only offering delivery, looks like this store, which could be valuable to this small community, should just start now and fade away.

For starters the woman behind the counter clearly had attitude the moment we walked in, why? I don’t know considering there was only three other people in the store. Then I have to wait at the counter after waiting 20 minutes for 10 more and a new family walks in and they get help no later then 35 seconds of being in there, the woman with a bad attitude just ignores the fact we’re sitting right there at the counter then when she was done getting there order proceeds to go back behind the counter and go in the kitchen and continue to ignore us. There’s literally only a few places in this town, you should really do better. HIRE PEOPLE THAT DONT ABSOLUTELY HATE FAST FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Hobart Oklahoma (Store # 006899) is super! Kristen was our server today and she was over the top in service. From taking our order to delivering food to the table she was most pleasant and totally professional! Think she’s definitely in line for management in near future.
