Called ahead at 7:18pm to order 1 large, 1-Topping pizza & some Cheese sticks. The girl on the phone seemed like she was having a hard time getting our order down but when she finally did we were told there will be a 20 minute wait. So we wait 20 minutes and then head over. We show up and go to the drive-thru to pick it up. We then sat in the drive-thru window for 5 minutes without anybody coming over or any service whatsoever so then we decided to park and go inside to pick our food up.

They delivered me raw pizza with sauce that was very sour and everyone in the house got sick I’ve had so many issues with this particular store the only time it’s good is when the GM is there so I didn’t even bother to argue or complain I just threw the pizza away and wasted my 20 bucks not to mention all three of us had stomach cramps and diarrhea for 2 days afterwards.

Big * Fat * ZERO. Called to place an order to be delivered to our motel room. Provided the required info to the girl who answered the phone, including the full address including city and state. She asked me the name of the motel a second time. I repeated it. She asked me if I was sure that was the correct name. I confirmed and then reconfirmed the address. She told me that they didn’t know where the Motel 6 was. I thanked her and hung up.

if i could have given a -0 for this restaurant i would have. i ordered a personal pan pizza and bread sticks. there was way tooooo much marinara sauce and it tasted like it is straight tomato paste without any spices. one of the toppings was missing (which was explained and i understand). the other topping did not even cover the full pizza. the bread sticks were not even completely covered in the parmesean topping. overall, the order bordered on inedible. one goes to pizza hut because you know they are a consistent good, overall quality. this pizza hut failed miserably. the food they sent out was not edible at all!!!!! shame on you…

I won’t be back to this pizza hut. The last few times we’ve eaten there we’ve gotten ripped off on toppings. Just go to Weatherfords pizza hut, or to dominoes. Definitely not worth stopping here anymore.

They had an incompetent driver working on a day they were “slammed”, we ordered 3 pizzas, cinnamon sticks, garlic bread and wings. We did not get the wings and when we called them the person on the phone said that they would bring them to us shortly. A half hour goes by and still no wings, by this time we had already finished eating the food that we got (because we were hungry). I called them again and the person on the phone said “We are sorry, we have a driver who doesn’t know what she is doing” you will have them shortly, I asked her if she could take them off the bill because it was their mistake, they said it’s not their policy because we would still get the product…1hr later.
