Firstly I will say Pizza Hut is my favorite of all the big chains and have many memories going in to eat as a kid in the 90s. So when we decided to come in for dinner at Pizza Hut it was a rare novelty that I was looking forward to all night. Very unprofessional service from the manager. Told they were incredibly busy and going to run out of products again like the night before. Almost as if to deter us from ordering food.. Politely asked if they still could make a certain favorite pizza of mine and was told her cooks wouldn’t be doing that. Assumed we wanted our pizza to go when we wanted a dine in experience. Sadly this experience was not one for the books. P.S. where’s the pepperoni? That being said, the food came out hot and very delicious lol. Just would like to be treated better. Must’ve been an off night

Pizza hut use to be a family favorite but it has gone down hill. We tried it again since the one close to us had moved to a new store. The food was horrible. Cold dry bone in chicken, no ranch, soggy fries. The staff was friendly but it should have been so much better. Plus they charge a delivery fee of 5$ along with asking for a tip. Where did the 5$ delievery fee go? The resturant isn’t doing anything different to deliever the food inky the driver should get that money.

This newly-opened Pizza Hut is close enough to our house that our carry-out pizza stayed nice and hot; the staff (Earle) was helpful/patient; and our pizza was delicious, a great price (special deal), and ready on time… what’s not to love?!?

New Yorker with foldable slices. When we folded our’s, the crust cracked… it was hard. The glaze on the Cinnamon sticks was like a hard glaze, glued the sticks to the box. Receipt says take survey. 1st question is enter survey code. No code on receipt! Bad!!

Went up to the counter, ordered, paid and sat to wait. The worker said it would be done in about “15-20 mins”. After 25 minutes I went up to ask about how much longer and his response was “Oh, I never rang you up”….Eventually got my order after an hour and a half. Very poor customer service.

Ate lunch here with my kids today and the food and service were both great. Our server was Jessica and she treated us very well. Prices for the lunch buffet were great too. Two kids and I ate for less than $15.

I remember pizzas from pizza hut back in the day where the mozzarella cheese was soft and so stringy it would practically drip off the slice. And the sauce and crust were to perfection. I still wish for one like that today but no one know how to make pizza ,,,now always overcooked
