When I went outside to get the order and paid in cash, the driver started to walk away without giving my change. When I asked for it, she complained that it was “just two dollars” and also commented about there being no tip. The order already showed no tip online, so the comments and attitude made the interaction uncomfortable.
I understand delivery drivers work hard, but assuming the change is a tip and complaining when a customer asks for their change felt unprofessional.
We discontinued our business there for a while, but decided to try again. The attached pictures are from my wife’s pizza, where the toppings were an after thought to cooking. They were not cooked with the pizza, but added to afterwards. 90% of the toppings fall off immediately which does not happen when cooked with the pizza.
We were denied a refund, but told we could receive a credit. Considering what happened with the last credit, we have no faith in them to honor it. We will no longer be dining with Pizza Hut.
Do not recommend this location!!!

I returned to the restaurant today and had all the same issues.
I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the conduct of the manager, **Paul**, during a phone conversation regarding a recent order/issue on 12/12/2025 at the Pizza Hut. Paul’s behavior was highly unprofessional and lacked basic customer service etiquette. Throughout the call, he repeatedly interrupted me, speaking over my attempts to explain the situation, which made communication extremely difficult. His tone was dismissive and noticeably impatient, creating an atmosphere that felt confrontational rather than helpful. , I rely on clear communication, and his deliberate overtalking and apparent eagerness to terminate the call were especially distressing. I was left with the impression that he was intentionally uncooperative, and his complete lack of patience and customer service skills are unprofessional for a general manager role. I request that this matter be formally reviewed, and appropriate action be taken regarding his conduct.
